Deeply dissatisfied with this Enterprise Location.It's an offshoot of the Pine location so hours and car selection are limited.I arrived at my reservation (8:30am on a Friday) only for them to tell me that they have no cars, and I'll have to wait for someone from the Pine location to drive one over. It took 20 minutes, delaying my day [despite the reservation].Then, after I did overnight dropoff (the one good thing about this location), the next morning they charged me $10 for gas despite me filling up the tank directly before my return. [The gas station was about .8 miles away from where I parked]. This is essentially theft on their part.I would not use this location again, and I would STRONGLY encourage you to use Pine Street instead (if you decide to use Enterprise at all).

There was an issue with the car (it felt like the emergency brake didn’t fully disengage), but she helped us replace it quickly. After returning the car, we thought we left something in it. Daniel (who was working the next day) checked the car right away to ease our minds. Again, great experience!

Are used to use one of the other major rental agencies, but during Covid customer service dropped off the planet, and they used Covid as an excuse. I am an enterprise customer for life

They left without calling me to let me know they will leave. now I’m here only need a car for 1 day and they said there’s nothing they can do and won’t send someone back here to rent me a car. They keep saying it’s by appointment only and that they can’t help me. This messes me up pretty bad as I have no transportation and have to pay for an Uber to get around. Your staff simply did not want to help me.

I arrived, you had no luxury cars and I was told "our inventory is low, please be flexible" Why advertise that option and give the customer a false expectation from the word go?I had to wait 4 hours for another Enterprise to clean and deliver a non-luxury car. Then, I was told it would cost me $300 to drop it at the air port. Let me make sure I understand this, you waste 4 hours of my time that is worth $320 to deliver a car from another office, but then you also want me to pay you $300 to deliver it to another office? That is asinine. You're essentially telling your Customer that your time is more important than ours.When I received the car, it was dirty, had mechanical issues and almost no gas in the tank. So after the falsely advertising your product and wasting my time, you delivered a sub par product.For these 3 reasons, I will be sharing this review on all major sites/social media. This low quality of service is unacceptable and the Customer deserves better or you deserve to go out of business like Hertz.Best,A very dissatisfied Customer
