Why is it hard to manage the business of getting people in their rentals quicker. Most people have plans when they need a rental car. I would suggest getting your rental the day before your plans to ensure your schedule is not impacted by the extremely long wait times. AND after waiting so long for a car. We get the nastiest, dirtiest car. The funny thing is that when you call, they are promoting the cleanliness of their cars. Imagine waiting over an hour for a nasty car, and you have no choice but to take it as is because you've waited forever and have to get to your destination. Enterprise need to do better, especially this location!

My husband reserved a van in advance, and on Tuesday, he received a call from Josie letting him know the van was under recall. She said they were trying to find a comparable alternative and promised to call back on Wednesday with an update. My husband specifically asked if he could count on a follow-up because he didn’t want any surprises the morning of pickup. She assured him she would call either way. I was on speakerphone during this conversation and clearly heard everything that was said.Wednesday came and went with no call. After trying unsuccessfully to reach the branch by phone, my husband went there in person on Thursday morning around 8:45 a.m. When he arrived, he was told by another employee that Josie was working on finding an alternative and would be out to speak with him shortly. Instead, he sat there waiting for 30 minutes and watched her outside the entire time, pulling cars around the lot—clearly avoiding him.Eventually, Josie refused to come to the front at all and sent out another employee who was rude, sassy, and confrontational. He asked my husband to step outside to talk and accused him of lying about the promised call back. He claimed Josie said, “If I didn’t call back, that means we don’t have a car,” which is absolutely not what she said. Again, I was on that call and heard her clearly promise to follow up no matter what.It’s incredibly unprofessional for a manager to dodge a customer, send someone else to confront them, and then try to rewrite the conversation instead of simply admitting a mistake and trying to make it right. A little honesty and accountability would have gone a long way. Instead, this experience reflected poor leadership, lack of basic customer service, and a disappointing lack of integrity.

Perfect, they are calling to let me know what to expect. What I did not expect was to arrive at the location to pick up the van to be told they don’t have one for me. How do you not have my vehicle when I reserved it?! What is the point of making a reservation if they won’t actually reserve the vehicle. They checked the system and said no one nearby had the vehicle. The only solution was to offer me a different vehicle but then wanted to charge me 250% more than my original reservation. How can you possibly charge me more than double for a mistake that you all made. I was left to call around and find an alternative with no help from them. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Someone responded to my review and told me to contact customer care. I contacted them and was told I would get a follow up phone call which never happened. Enterprise as a corporation is unacceptable but this location has a terrific woman working there on 4/6/2025.

Spoke to Nima to assist with cancellation, we will get a car from a location with better customer service. Chloe is the manager on duty who step out leaving two completely inexperienced to assist several customers. I’m completely unsatisfied with the service.
