No step or running board for passengers aprox 20" van overall was very filthy, and I had to clean the inside of the windows, which were smeared with hand prints and just nasty.UPDATE: I called customer service as stated and told them i was replying per drew on my google review. Someone in Pakistan kept asking me how he could help me. Apparently, this is just more of a reason not to use enterprise.

We called hoping the call would forward to someone in the back or something but no it just rang where we were. Finally after about 15 min someone came up front. We had rented a minivan. As we drove away the vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke and cleaner trying to cover it up. They had to know they drove it up front for us. We called to see if we could bring it back and exchange it and got basically we don’t have anymore sorry. No suggestions on what we could do. We called customer service and were told they would escalate to a regional manager, we were leaving the next morning and never heard from anyone. Finally we drove around to other locations and finally found one to exchange it with. I will never come to this location again.

One week later and they still have not. At this point customer service seems like a bit of a joke all around. Lovely experience!Original:They have had my keys for two months and have STILL not sent them back to me!I'm hoping someone higher up at Enterprise can see this and get this finally resolved! January 6, January 24, February 6, and March 10, spoke to Alex who has given me assurances or excuses each time that he would send my keys to me. February 6: "definitely by the end of the week!" March 10 "definitely tomorrow!"There is a UPS and a USPS office 5 minutes away. I understand they are a small office and busy, but come on. It's been 2 months. At this point it's either intentional or complete disregard for something that's important to one of your customers. Please send them already. I'm sick of calling them and having Alex lie to me.
Mar 24, 2025 · Derek LiNormally, Enterprise does a decent job with car rentals, but this time they gave me the worst, fowl smelling car I've ever been in. I should have turned around and got a different car, but our day was already long and it took forever to find a place that had a one-way rental. It was blatantly obvious that the vehicle had been smoked in. We had to drive with the windows open in the winter to try to mask the odor. The car gave me a headache and a sore throat from breathing the toxic fumes for over four hours. The car also was only 3/4 full of gas when they gave it to me. The car had two "No Smoking" stickers stuck to the dash, but obviously others ignored those signs. No amount of of air freshener helped the matter either.
