Sad we still live in racism. I had a truck on hold from enterprise customer service. Came in and first was told jeep wranglers can’t be rented out on corporate accounts. I said how come we have many jeep wranglers rented out with our corporate accounts. Then he was like ok, just wait while we get it cleaned. About 15-20 min later a white customer and her spouse walk in. He says let’s look around. They went outside and came back inside and said we want the jeep wranglers. The customer service representative says ok. I’m literally lost, so I said that’s what you putting me in. He looked at me like and. So he walks off from the counter and go talk to who I’m assuming is a manager. He then look me in my face and says we can’t rent that vehicle to you the tags are expired!! Like really I just drove an hour and a half. Plus you discriminate against me for something that’s not even yours. So oooo smart me had to go get a picture for my mental. And look a there the tag isn’t expired!! I drove off without that jeep wrangler. I will be in contact with the BBB and attorney.. The customers help keep your business going to be treated like trash because of your color.

Rented a car DAYS in advance because I have an important orthopedic appointment that I CANT MISS. I was told my car is booked. At 8am the day of, I was told they had NO CARS for me to rent?????????? They couldn’t call me a day or two before to plan? Why the heck was I allowed to rent a car when no cars were available? Now I have to cancel my long awaited orthopedic appointment and pay a $150 fee for missing it. Absolutely terrible customer service.

have been renting from the Tunnel Rd, location quite frequently. I have to say , i have gottten to know all there names individually. That is one awesome group of people!! I will start with Matt. Matt is an exceptional guy, who always treats me more than a customer and more like a long lost friend. He communicates with me well all the time and helps me get things figured out even when I mess up on my side. That is one great Manager, confident , helpful, nice and just a great person in general. Jill the assistant manager is such a sweet woman!! Iam always greeted with a bright smile by her and she makes me feel loved everytime I’m in there. She is someone who knows you can still be good at your job while also being loving and kind to others. Alex I’ve ran into a couple of times, has the professionalism and skills of a pro! I’ve seen him just come in and put everyone’s nerves to ease. He’s a great example of “ if someone’s going to do it , it might as well by me! “ I can see why enterprise is successful when they have people as such at work! Maliki, Brandon and Alexus, are normally the first to greet me at the door. Those people just make my day! Always treating me with great respect and love . Enterprise on Top!! piss poor customer service. crack in windshield. continues to grow/expand. ive been sent away twice. this is a safety issue. they could easily have a vehicle delivered. but they literally just chooed me away.

My insurance carrier set up a rental reservation for me and an Enterprise representative contacted me immediately to set up a time for me to go to my local Enterprise to pick up a car. I explicitly stated that I needed the smallest car they rent. She assured me that would be no problem. I arrived at 8 a.m. and they proceeded to give me a large 4 door car. I explained why I needed the small car and was told to come back later in the day or that someone would call me later that day when one came in. No one called. I called at 6 p.m. and was told none had been turned in. I called the next morning and only voicemail picked up and the mailbox was full. I called a different location and was told they had 3 small cars going out today, but none for me. I called the national number and they promised to mark it "urgent". I've contacted my insurance carrier, as well. This feels like a total run around, and time waste.
