And I updated the shop location & time- that day. Waited over 2 hours.. Still- No Show! Thankfully, the owner of W & W collision center in Alto gave me a ride. When I got to enterprise, the original story that I had a choice out of 3 vehicles changed, they didn't even ask me. Then after refusing me a car, due to card policy. Which I was not informed of, over the phone. And in person, no other options were given. I was stuck there. Stranded. trying to find a ride home. At the very least they could of done: after they failed to pick me up at the body shop in the first place.. would have been to give me a ride home, in clarkesville.

I reserved a car 6 months earlier and verified it just before i came to Ga. enterprise in Cleveland assured me they would have a car for me. i called the day i was to get the car to tell them i was delayed due to extreme rain in NC. they assured they would have a car for me to get there by 4. tried my best to get there. i accidentlly took the wrong exit delaying me so I called to tell them i was running late. they said they delayed my reservation for an hour and that they would wait. i got held up in bumper to bumper traffic in Gaisvillevand called to tell them i was on my way. they said noproblem they would wait. i arrived at enterprise at 5:08 and it was closed no one to be found. there were 4 cars on the lot but no o e was there! i knocked several times no answer. next day i called to get a car . they said they would pick me up but needed a 2 hour notice. bit was 11am. they assured me they would be there at 1:30pm but no one showed up. i called and they said someone would be there to wait! i waited! no one sowed! i called back 6 times and finally talked to a gut about 3:30 and he told me to wait three and they would be there topick me up! no one showed. this cased me unbelievable problems. i last money on my tickets for the event i came to Ga to see! i was stranded depending on a rental car. i have done business with the in another city but this was unexceptionable! horribly rubbed business! i will never do business with them again! they lied to me and never came to pick me up nor did they wait on me to get there the first day that i had reserved the car ! i. did call to tell them i was running late and held up in traffic. they assured me that they would wait! i was 8 minutes late and they were closed!

There was a mixup on the credit card charges upon return of the car, but they corrected it immediately and without fuss (it was a different location that messed up). This place was great for such a small location.
