Few weeks before the travel someone called us and checked with us. Do you need a seven seater or eight seater? We assume that the car is available and they are checking our availability and confirming us the car seat. We were planning for a trip so we booked the premium SUV Which comes around $850 but on the day of picking up the vehicle we went to the Dayton enterprise. Unfortunately we don’t see anyone available to talk. So they gave a number someone gave the number and when we dial them, they told that the car is not available so we asked them to check with the nearby enterprise rentals. They told that you can try from your end and I came to notice that the nearby enterprises rentals are not connected mean if a book a rental at Dayton and you cannot go and check the same from Princeton or cranberry places.This is one of the worst service I never faced anywhere. They did not put any efforts to get us a vehicle. They did not provide any. Apologies or feel sorry for the same. If you want to book any rental try other rentals apart from the Dayton enterprise Rent-A-Car. .My advice would be don’t go with these rentals nearby homes try to check only from the airport rental services. All these people does not support you at the right time.Stacy- I already escalating this issue.Did you check with the owner of that rentals ?If there is no intent to cause inconvenience to customers why did they not tell us upfront that there is no vehicle available. They cannot tell when we arrive and see no one available and answering over phone . I booked online mid size suv for 15 days, and they give me brand new Nissan rogue.And this Dayton Enterprise was $50 price difference compared to other car rentals. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.
Oct 16, 2019 · Himanshu PanchalLiberty Mutual had arranged the car rental from the Dayton Enterprise location the evening of 10/3 since it was the closest to my body shop and provided me with a confirmation number. I did not receive any further communications from the Dayton location directly so I called at 9AM on Wednesday the 4th to confirm that confirmation (seems absurd that I would even have to do this additional step but I’m so glad I did since they were not as organized as they should have been). The person on the other end of the corporate number could see my reservation for 10/4 but not a time. He asked what time I wanted and I replied 10AM as I was already en route to the body shop which was expecting my car. He then transferred me to the Dayton location directly to schedule for a pick up from my body shop to the Enterprise location. From there, it was extremely difficult to go through the automated phone system to get a person to answer the phone. Twice I was on hold (during operating hours) when the system stated no one could be reached and just disconnected my call. I had a confirmation number for a rental pick up at 10AM on 10/4 and when my call was finally picked up at the Dayton location, I was told they don't have a car ready until Friday the 6th. There was no remorse or apology for the mix up just plainly that there isn’t a car ready for me until Friday even though he could see my reservation that Liberty Mutual had made. I then asked for the next nearest Enterprise location’s phone number. I did not choose Enterprise, it was the other party's insurance choice since they were responsible for 100% of the bill. I am glad to have dealt with the Cranbury Enterprise location instead and have left a 5 star review on their Google page if anyone would like to check it out go to them instead.

However they had options to rent local car with return to the same location. This happened in the last minute before my business trip. I tried calling and resolving the issue with local manager by name Dilan. He was laughing about the whole thing, very unethical, when I asked why they rented cars they don't have, he acted like I'm stupid and I should know not to book the car. He didn't offer any resolution and was laughing when I said I will file a complaint with the corporate office.
