Shortly after leaving I noticed a loose plastic piece covering the antenna on the trunk which I immediately documented with time stamps and reported to them later on. Of course it had flew off on the freeway (which could have been a hazard to other vehicles.)The vehicle also had faulty weather strips on the windows which resulted in the loud and annoying sound of wind constantly blowing through the cracks when dricing.The employees at this location acknowledged the poor condition of the vehicle when rented out and apologized in person, but continued to accept no responsibility for it, and in fact attempted to have my insurance cover ~$300 to replace the plastic antenna covering. My insurance of course denied the claim and now they are trying to get me to pay for it and will send it to collections if I don't.Bottom line, absolutely horrific service, no responsibility being taken from their end. Poor maintenance of their vehicle inventory. Will try to upsell you on fauly vehicles and then blame you for the condition they are in. Make sure if you do rent with them, you touch and test every door handle and piece on the car, or they will try to scam you as well.Absolutely ridiculous and shameful. I've been an enterprise plus member for years, and this is how they take care of their customers.Never again will I use this company. There are many better options.

From the moment I entered the office,I felt a very warm ambiance speaking with the staff, and then going outside to sit in various cars, to find out what was the most comfortable for me.The young woman told me to take my time, as my comfort level was very important. I checked out the mirrors, moving my chair so I was able to see through the windows comfortably, and become familiar with the buttons which she showed me for Drive, Reverse, Park. These were different from what I had in my car. My choice was wonderful, and my returning the car had been another positive moment. A young man was so considerate in suggesting he drive me to the repair shop to pick up my car. He noticed I had hurt my leg and didn’t want me to even walk the short distance to the repair facility. I have already shared my positive experience with family and friends when they need to rent a loaner.
