I was left outside in the heat with my belongings by myself as I watched everyone in the office go home. No one offered assistance. I had no way to get home as I lost my car in a hit and run and was denied the rental for any longer due to an unpaid balance from a previous accident. I understand it was time to close the business for the day but to leave a woman outside by herself in the sun with all her belongings without offering any kind of assistance is inhumane and unprofessional and I will highly consider ever booking with any enterprise again due to the way I was treated. A do not rent was placed on my account and being I lost my car in a hit and run I am left without a way to get around and to work. I called to rectify the outstanding balance and now waiting to hear from regional whenever that may be. The fact that outstanding balances cannot be handled in store is mind blowing. Do not rent from this location as the members lack compassion and professionalism.

The employees are all very helpful and professional. They communicate well with our car insurance company to provide us with a car when our own vehicles are getting repairs under insurance claims. They even provide us with transportation to our home or the body shop once the rental is finished. We trust Enterprise to efficiently provide us with cars when we need them so we always call there first and have never had to call another company!
