When I got there, they didn’t have the car ready and I ended up waiting an hour and a half. No heads-up, no explanation until I asked.When the car finally showed up, it wasn’t even the one I reserved, it was a completely different SUV. They only told me about the switch when the vehicle arrived. On top of that, the wipers weren’t working properly, which was super frustrating and honestly not safe.This whole experience made me late to where I needed to be. The lack of communication and transparency was just crazy. Maybe this was just a bad location, but after this, I don’t think I’ll be using Enterprise again.

I dropped off the rental car, and the manager made an arrangement to take me the repair shop. The branch manager, Moziah was very professional and kind. Plus the team is great. Which are very uncomfortable to drive. They always have a policy to earn more money by giving you a bigger car. Even you already have a contract with them. Their sense of midsize car are like Nissan Sentra and etc. Which are actually compact car. And it is meaningless to argue with them. I always try to avoid them but the insurance company may have contract with them. That's why sometime I'm helpless. I hope insurance companies from now won't consider Enterprise.
