When I picked it up, the initial inspection was extremely quick and lacked any detail. The young man who gave me the car didn’t mention anything specific about its condition, nor did he go over any existing damages. Because of that, I took photos of all parts of the car as soon as I got home.When I returned the car — clean and with the gas tank full as requested — a woman came out with a camera to check for ice damage. She said that because of the route I took, there might be ice-related issues, but she reassured me that everything looked fine and that my deposit would be returned.To my surprise, I was later contacted by my insurance company, saying I needed to pay $4,000 for alleged ice damage — even though there was no ice or even rain during my trip. I am extremely upset. This company is not serious or professional. They never contacted me directly about this supposed damage and instead went straight to my insurance without notifying me.I do not recommend this location — Enterprise at the Fort Worth Airport. The service was untrustworthy, and the way they handled the situation was completely unacceptable.

Jun 16, 2025 · Necee75I'm a little frustrated with this location and not sure why i keep going back. in the future i will be going elsewhere. i have had several issues with this location. i have always rented here because its near my house, but lately customer service is not a priority for y'all. i called and was hung up on twice by a girl named Alyssa who answered the call both times. I had to call back a 3rd time and this time they didn't say hello; they just put the call on hold. then when they pick up call, they are hitting 2 buttons and hanging up on people and not calling people back which is rude. they need a call or refresher on customer service ASAP. i called back a 4th time because i forgot to ask a question and spoke to Nathaniel and he was very polite and customer service friendly great job for him and a 5 star for him. i appreciate help like that. some of you get in a hurry....slow down and attend to one customer at a time and get better reviews that way. Don't just read my review they need to be made aware that they need a refresher on customer service.

So I booked here for a weekend car and at another place for the out of state one way.Came into the store to pick up the weekend rental, explained my situation, and they were able to not only make things more convenient for me but also save me money.Completed my trip and everything went just the way they said.
