I returned the car yesterday and Maj assisted me and was great!! Carlos picked me up from the collision center on 2/4 and very pleasant!! I did not get the names of the other two team members I encountered, but both went above and beyond to assist me!!! Both times, during pick up and drop off, were easy, effortless, and quick!!! The Mitsubishi Mirage got amazing gas mileage and drove very well!!!! Thank you Enterprise for providing me with a wonderful experience ALL AROUND!!!

When I say I walked in; was greeted, stated my need, and BAM!!! It was done in less than 5 minutes!!!! Money Majd had the rental agreement pulled up by looking at the license plate from outside! Tell me that ain't excellent customer service! All I jad to do was show my driver's license. Shout out to Money Majd for doing his job with a smile and excellence!!
May 14, 2025 · Jeanette GHORRIBLE experience. Was sent it to get a rental due to a car accident and the gentleman had an attitude from the beginning. When I asked for the representative my lawyer spoke with, he refused to get him for me even though Anthony knew the situation about the rental/reservation. He accused me of having an attitude just because I asked for someone else. Finally when Anthony came out the original gentleman then kept talking and when and I told him I didn’t want to speak with him anymore (I was already talking to the right person) he said “you can’t tell me to shut up in my own branch.” No one told him to shut up, I told him I didn’t want to speak with him because I was already talking with Anthony. We ended up having to have another Enterprise location. He had no problem expressing so loudly “let them go to another location.” He does not belong in customer service. Train him better because now my perception is he either has a problem with my type of people or women because he did not give any of the other customers who were men any issues or attitude.He didn’t take the time to listen or ask questions, or even remedy the situation. He just wanted to be right because it’s “his branch.” We were able to get picked up and taken to another location which had us in & out within 20mins. They were professional and was able to do what that gentleman said he couldn’t do for us. Isn’t that funny? They were able to do what he said he could not do. Go to the location on Valley View. They’re better & way more professional. Or better yet, go to Hertz, I’ve never had a problem with them and their customer experience is always 100%.
Feb 05, 2025 · Hazel OI had an issue with my rental. Admittedly, we booked the wrong date on the application! Our fault. The manager proceeds to tell us they are sold out.... but can get us in a car at the walk-in cost. I ask if you can honor the rate we booked. Our booking was for the next day, by the way, and it was about 5pm. He proceeds to say that if you modify the reservation on the app, I'll honor it. Knowing darn well, the app was going to say they were sold out! I ask again, "Will you honor the rate he says he can not change the rate in the system. I said that is not true, I know as the manager you have the ability to adjust the price, you are not willing to. He then says, "I'm not ready to get in trouble for you bro" I ask for a DM, and he says he can not give me a phone number but would give me an email address. I said I would appreciate that and waited for him to write down the address. He proceeded to tell me, "I'm doing you a favor by taking care of you, Brother. I'm technically sold out. " My response was i don't know why you feel the need to continue making your comments. " He says, "I'm answering your questions bro" I reminded him I was standing quietly awaiting the email address! He then says "whatever have a nice day." I had a family member passaway that day and had no choice but to rent the vehicle. I called customer service, who was very apologetic and said they would message the DM who would get back to me. No contact yet! It has been a week! I will update if anyone cares to reach out! I do want to say I am not the type of person who gets loud,demanding, vulgar, I spoke in the same tone the entire time. After I rented the car to get to CA the manager then apologized if I thought he was being sarcastic and shook my hand. I accepted the apology for my perception. More to follow!
