Extreme, I thought, for what seemed a dead remote at the time.It turns out the battery had gone stone dead. This was clearly a problem with their car. They towed it, but wouldn’t bring a replacement, and I had to find my own way to an enterprise rental. But that’s not the problem.The problem was when they returned my deposit, it was short almost $60. Calling in, I was told it was a “lock out fee” because I’d locked myself out. Nonsense.I called customer service multiple times, and was told it would get “escalated” to management and someone would call me in 1-2 business days. The third call, someone suggested I call the local office.This is where it gets special. They told me it was a “roadside assistance fee” because I’d declined the roadside assistance daily charge.What a load of crap, their car broke and they charge me to call for help. I followed THEIR instructions on what to do if I had a problem with the car, and I got charged for it.I see no reason to use this branch or Enterprise again, if they can not be bothered to provide you a working car and stand by it.

When I returned the vehicle (7 minutes later) the manager Fred showed not a care in the world. He went out to the car and told me he was looking for the cat hair as if I was being dishonest. When I pointed it out in several locations he said okay as if he was bothered by me seeing it. I then was put into another vehicle that was filthy. The arm rest was filled with crumbs and everywhere looked disgusting and dirty. When I mentioned this the intern went to get Lysol wipes for me to wipe things down. This has been the worse experience ever. A complete waste of time and completely dissatisfied with the service and customer service given by the manger. The pictures are of from the second car. I was so annoyed I only got a few pictures.

He was very helpful in dealing with my situation. He made up for giving me a smelly car and showed great service.

On the phone with them right now, over 25 minutes listening about their goal to give every customer a great experience. and they’re always here to keep you moving forward with exceptional customer service. Funny. HST tell me you don’t have a car when I make the reservation. And I’m not contacting you at your stupid website to tell you about your service. It sucks, nothing else to tell you. Get your stuff together.2. My company made a reservation for me, I asked to go to a different rental company, they couldn’t because it’s a corporate account, and this disgusting place didn’t have the car this time either. Stay away from this place at all costs. There has been 3 other people here that had reservations that they have no car for right after me.
