I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt it deserved one and we should all be leaving them when things go right-not just with issues.I’ve always had great interactions with this branch—previously booking directly through Sydney by email, who I was sad to learn has moved on from her role as branch manager. She was always fantastic to deal with when I had many conference trips a year.Most recently, I spoke with Ryan on the phone, and he was excellent. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and even noted my interest in a convertible to try to have one available, despite it not currently showing in stock. I’m currently booked for a full-size vehicle, but it really feels like they’re doing their best to accommodate me in my search.As an Enterprise Platinum Plus member with high status in many travel chains, I can confidently say this was a standout experience and that I’m recognized for it. I’m looking forward to my upcoming rental—and leaving another 5-star review once it’s complete!Although sometimes inconvenient I try my best to go off airport when possible to give some outside airport some business and it’s usually much better service😀 Hoping for another great trip from this location!

⸻I want to take a moment to commend Trey for his outstanding customer service since becoming the branch manager. In the past, I would only visit this location when the daily rate was lower, but now I have no hesitation coming here because of the excellent experience he consistently provides.Trey always ensures the process is smooth and efficient. He goes above and beyond to answer any questions thoroughly and clearly.Earlier this month, I had a reservation for noon and called ahead to confirm they would still be open. Trey personally assured me they would take care of me, even though the branch technically closes at 12 PM. I arrived a few minutes after closing, and although the door was locked and another staff member initially said they were closed, I mentioned that Trey was expecting me. He promptly took care of everything, and I was in and out with no issues.This level of service is a major improvement compared to past experiences at this location. Trey’s commitment and professionalism make a huge difference, and I truly appreciate it.

Rented a Truck, they had none, then they put me in a car with a cracked windshield that has an open claim on it. I declined the vehicle, Then they put me in a 3rd car. Agent also didn’t give me options on what insurances i wanted and automatically charged the most expensive one. When I returned the car that same night they called me the next day saying I returned it late. I told them to check the cameras I actually returned it over 30 minutes early. After explaining this they gave me a $25 refund and apologized and told me to have a good day. Then 3 hours later they call me and say the windshield is cracked and I need to file a claim on this car which isn’t true since I always do walk around videos ( ALWAYS DO A WALK AROUND VIDEO) over all trash experience, they’ll also ask you to prove your address with electricity bills and internet/ water bills so have those prepared. Nothing about this was seamless, the agents are lazy liars and now I have to prove there’s no crack in a windshield to a company trying to put a false insurance claim on the vehicle I rented. 0/5 Photo is the vehicle they expected me to drive off with.

Have been renting cars from Enterprise since 10 years. Havent come across major issues. This feedback is specific to the car rented recently at Sahara Avenue, Vegas and this is no different from other locations in terms of staff friendliness. So far had a great difficulty in renting a car (due to the staff) from two locations. One is Route 59, Naperville, Chicago, USA and the second one in Q park, Reading, UK. Except the above two, the rentals were very smooth with Enterprise.

I was bringing a rental from another location. I called up and asked if I could return it here. The manager Trey gave his approval. I showed up 20 mins later. And he said I couldn't return here. He had no reasoning why he changed his mind. Seems like he was just playing a stupid game. No one deserves to be a manager doing stuff like this.
