I’m not one who likes to write a bad review. I do try to see good in everything to look for positivity not negativity but that being said this experience with this location is unacceptable horrible experience I received a lemon car. I should’ve trust My instincts when I purchased the car over the phone and online. My hours is from 98 to 110 every pay period is how I work Aaron because he had the same name of my brother who got murdered soften my heart so I end up purchasing a lemon car from this location in the nighttime now to this day and that was the end of November 2024 the-window streaks on both sides the door is shaky on the passenger side. All the tires are mismatch. I paid cash for the car, it was a 2020 Buick encore the Strapp side doesn’t work you can’t fasten The car straps in the back. They didn’t do everything but tried to get more money out of me… if I had the possibility to sue I would. This is horrible. I cannot recommend this location. The Boss, who was white that was trying to act like she was black very ignorant and tap on ghetto as hell, who tried to over-talk me and I’m old enough to be her mama little child SMH... No respect at all. This was the most horrible experience buying a car moving forward I would never ever ever ever go back to enterprise again!

I want to give a big Thanks to Luis Macias at the Enterprise car rental office. He was so patient when dealing with the customers. the office was full of people waiting for cars to become available and I was one of those customers. Luis call all around until he was able to find me the vehicle I requested and provided a ride to pick up the car. He gave Great Customer Service which I really appreciated. He was able to deal with my frustration's along with the other customers that were waiting . I was not happy with Enterprise, But I was happy with the customer service that Luis Macias was able to provide!!!!!! one (1)star for enterprise and 5 stars for Luis!!!!

I had an outstanding experience at this car rental center, all thanks to Luis. Despite the location being incredibly busy, Luis remained composed, professional, and consistently positive throughout the entire process. His dedication to excellent customer service is unmatched.I’ve visited this location both for insurance-related rentals and personal use, and each time, Luis has treated everyone with the same respect and efficiency. It’s rare to see someone handle high-pressure situations with such grace and care for every customer.Because of Luis, I will absolutely return to this location for future rentals. He truly sets the standard for exceptional service!

I love coming to this location. The guys in the office are always great and so nice. Ive never had any issues. Prices are definitely competitive but I prefer coming here even if it's a little more expensive than Hertz because I get treated with respect and kindness here. I also get picked up and dropped off so I dont have to spend more money on an Uber. Thanks team!

I rented a vehicle from this enterprise location last week and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were very friendly and professional, any questions I had were answered in a very helpful manner. The car I rented was such an amazing experience driving it, I loved the vehicle so much! I will be recommending this location and will come here again, if need be in the future. Overall, a great experience as a first time renter!
