My Mom rented a car for a week and one day from this location. Her flight arrived an hour early. She went to pick up her car but indicated she was willing to wait. The Enterprise employee there told her she could have the car early but neglected to tell her they would charge her more money to do so.The car itself was fine. It was a Jeep Renegade. But the staff couldn’t tell her how to enable the parking break. She had no issues driving around with it aside from it automatically unlocking every door instead of just the driver’s door. We arrived to the airport early for her return and they assured her the charge would be removed for early pickup. We’ll see.You should know that it is quite a trek between the terminal and the rental car facility. Three very slow people movers, two elevators (or escalators) and you’re there.One more thing: don’t try to rent with a debit card here. My Mom witnessed some chaos with another customer who tried to do so. It didn’t end well.

Terrible experience.. I reserved a vehicle online and called ahead to confirm. I told the Enterprise customer service representative that I had a digital drivers license because I did not have my physical license… The representative assured me that a digital drivers license was perfectly fine and would be excepted at the counter. Fast forward an hour when I arrived to the airport they told me that a digital copy would not suffice. I told Enterprise about the conversation I had with customer service and do you know what they responded with?.. “It’s just the customer services job to tell you that it wouldn’t be a problem, they actually don’t know about our policies”. So in my experience with Enterprise is that they care so little about their customers that they allow their calls to be outsourced to people that don’t actually have accurate information and that will lie to their customers. So let me ask you a question. Would you use a company that will allow you to be misled and inconvenienced just because they don’t care to give you valid information about their policies? Update: I got a physical ID and just called customer service and they straight up lied to me regarding another question I had.. They said I couldn’t speak with anyone at the location I am renting from because it’s against their policy to transfer me over to their location even when the representative just before them did it without an issue! Bottom line, Enterprise does not care to have local competent employees answer the phone, it’s cheaper to outsource calls.. I see this becoming an increasingly problematic process for businesses outsourcing their customers to a different country.. Very disappointed.

On 5/30 my daughter and I visited this location due to other locations saying we need to be placed on a waiting list even though we made reservations. Marcus one of the representatives made the process easy and painless. Marcus was able to get her in the van she needed for her trip while being upfront , polite, and professional. This will be our new location for rental purposes. Fast, friendly, and informational service was unmatched. Thank you Marcus!

My experience was great with enterprise. Getting my rental was a breeze, very quick and simple. The car I picked was so clean on the inside and outside. Dropping off the car was easy as well. I was able to get to my flight on time. I recommend this place.

My company uses Enterprise as well as me personally all throughout the country. Some of them have been above & beyond and some of them have been sub par. Birth with my dealings from this particular branch has varied throughout the years , but it wasn't until this year in particular that I noticed new faces and new personalities. And the one that has made the best impact on me is a gentleman by the name of Brendon. Not saying that I have had any problems with the rejuvenated staff but this gentleman hovers around and make sure that every single customer is content and satisfied before they leave the lot.As a frequent traveler I appreciate that and I feel that is highly commendable. So if you're coming to Memphis from the airport or you're just locally trying to rent I suggest and highly recommend that you make your reservations with this location first.Thank everybody at this location for making my journey stress and trouble free.
