I had an awesome experience returning my week long rental… I went through 3 cars in the process from 3 different cities.A new Hyundai sonata left me of the side of the road and the roadside assistance agent wasn’t aware she couldn’t tow me from there or get me an uber so I waited for over and hour until I was contacted by the tow company who said as much. He advised me to dial 911 so they can tow me off the side of the road to the nearest physical address so I could get towed properly. I said this was not a very good solution, so I called roadside assistance again and got a very competent person, She asked me if I Felt comfortable driving the vehicle one minute away to a gas station, which I said yeah it should make it. As it was running low on oil and leaking oil, it happens, so I get to the gas station. There is confusion about keeping the key or not keeping the key, but the tow company needed the key to put the car in neutral to tow the vehicle so I ended up leaving the key with the car and hopping in the Uber and getting transported to the closest enterprise 40 minutes away. The location in Magnolia Texas was not open yet so I waited about 45 minutes for them to open with all of my belongings. When I arrived, it was Fourth of July weekend so the only vehicle they had was a Mitsubishi Mirage, which I updated from from the very beginning because I did not want this vehicle so it was funny how that worked . I get that car get on the road- this has been four hours at this point- I get outside of Houston and the radio stops working lol. I stopped in Beaumont at my favorite coffee shop and swung by the enterprise to which they had no vehicles so I made a pitstop in Lake Charles but beforehand I did call and finally found where they had vehicles which was at the airport. Stopped there switch out for a Chevy Malibu and all was good besides being low on windshield wiper fluid I will say each time I had to swap out the vehicle. It was very easy. The customer service was great and I was in and out pretty quickly. The best experience was definitely at the Austin research location. I’m not sure of the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was very friendly and courteous granted I was trying to be kind as well because it’s nobody’s fault. It’s not this person that just works here‘s fault that my nine hour trip turned into a 16 hour trip - they are cars it happens. He did give me a pretty good discount due to all of the issues that I had along the way, the inconvenience and also stepping down to an economy vehicle for a period of time which was very nice. I was also in and out of there pretty quickly very fast and friendly customer service!

Great customer service. I was given a free upgrade, as the size of vehicle I requested was unavailable. Very reasonable rental costs & good deals. Clean cars. I've rented from them many times & they never disappoint. Many locations in most areas. Same-day rentals.Enterprise, keep up the good work! I highly recommend them.

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from the agent who assisted me with my vehicle rental on Sunday, May 25th, closing time. I don't recall her name at the moment, but we were the last ones at her office, and she mentioned she had just moved to Texas from a state up north. She was, without a doubt, the best customer service representative I have ever encountered.During a very stressful time, she was not only helpful and professional but also incredibly empathetic and understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and her compassion made a difficult situation much easier to manage.She truly exemplifies what a customer service agent should be — supportive, efficient, and genuinely caring. In my opinion, she should be the face of that office. Her dedication and positive attitude left a lasting impression, and I’m very grateful for her help.

Price transparency is not a thing here. The price they quote is not the price. Add $300 for a deposit they will charge you and won’t tell you about, neither on the reservation line nor during the in-person check-in process, nor during car walk around. Also, there are four different types of insurance add-on options, all of which have a different daily rate uplift, but they all sound the same and the representative responsible for checking you out isn’t helpful in clarifying the differences. If your insurance is paying for this, it’s probably an easy experience. If you are a single dad looking to rent for a driving vacation with your kids, ask them to list all possible charges upfront, and then go save a bunch of money with Alamo or Turo, both of whom are upfront and forthright with their rates. All the representatives at this location are friendly, but if you can’t be transparent with prices/charges, then you are just another smooth-talking, shady car dealer.

The Enterprise experience car Rental was extremely satisfying. This location was off of Research) near the north of Toyota Austin dealership. Customer service was their top game and providing a car and the time I needed this particular enterprise was available and make sure that I was kept in the loop Via text or phone call.
