Excuse me?Called customer service, who agreed this shouldn't happen and promised to fix it. Arrived at the branch on May 24, only to be told the rental is now $1,200, including a $300 deposit. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service again, but the branch was closing, and no other locations were available.Apparently, only the branch manager can approve changes during the holiday weekend, and they won't be back until Tuesday. So, my weekend plans? Ruined.They still haven’t reached out to me to make it right. I guess they enjoyed their weekend by ruining 14 people's.

When I when to pick up the vehicle that I reserved weeks in advance they surprised me with the fact that they didn’t have it available. I questioned the lady at the counter why I wasn’t informed about this ahead of time and she wasn’t able to provide an answer. She even try to pass the blame on me suggesting that it wasn’t their fault as it was the weekend before spring break. As she wasn’t being helpful and was trying to leave me hanging, I requested to talk to the store manager. The assistant store manager (Jasmine) took over and supposedly called different locations around the area to check if they had available a vehicle the size we requested. She said that no one was answering and there was nothing she could do. Her exact words were: “If a car is not available I can’t bring it, build it for you or pull it out of my ass”. She even added that she had the same conversation with 5 different clients on the same day blaming it on her superiors and how they handle things. A smaller car was offered and we couldn’t take it because it will not fit our needs. I left the store and called the corporate number and in a matter of minutes they found the vehicle we needed at the Springfield location and I was able to get it on time for our trip. I ended up doing her job and more efficiently. The levels of mediocrity, lack of costumer service knowledge and manners seems to be what the Woodbridge location is all about…Pathetic!

Picking up the rental was fine they picked me from where I was staying about 2 miles away. I had to fly back sooner than expected and gotto the location at 5:30pm. I wish I took the man’s name but he showed no empathy at all. It’s raining and I was expecting a ride back to where I was staying. He said sorry the drivers leave at 4:30pm. I asked what provisions do you have in place for late drop offs his response was I can call someone to pick me up ( no because the person I was with is battling stage 4 cancer hence the emergency visit and he isn’t driving ) then he said call and uber and left. I literally had to walk in the rain for 2 miles to get to my location. Enterprise do better and stagger when the drivers leave so no one has to be out in the cold like I was. Very disappointed.

And the second one, on the way to work, the accelerator was stuck and I got scared. I lost my day of work. Now I am at 6:30 am waiting for it to open. I am totally frustrated…. I could have had an accident with my son…. this rental car agency does NOT care about anyone’s life…. they are irresponsible.

I had reserved a 7-passenger vehicle 2 months in advance, and the manager told me that, regardless of whether you have a reservation, it is first-come, first-served. They gave me a five-passenger vehicle and instructed me to drive to the Dulles Airport Enterprise car rental location to exchange the car. Once I got there, the other location didn't have the vehicle. I had to keep the 5-passenger car; furthermore, when driving to my destination, the 5-passenger vehicle had a flat tire. I had to stop every hour because of that, so I called customer service to change my car and get the flat tire fixed. They told me I have to pay for a new reservation, and they can't make any changes. Also, I paid for the flat tire, and I did not receive my money back. Please don't reserve a car here and waste your time.
