Jan 25, 2025 · Reggie Lee (Leeball)New assistant manager didn't give me the full walk around and even offered the car as a replacement to the one I originally requested per my reservation. Car was fresh out of wash(still wet and dirty) and backed into a space in the back of the building. The agent walked me from the side of the car around the front side. We never looked at the bumper. If we could even see the back right part of the bumper I would be standing in the dirt. When I dropped the car off at another location one piece of damage was reported to the quarter panel back right side. This was missed during our initial inspection of the car. When I tried contesting it I requested to dispute and was never communicated with unless I reached out to them. Bill comes in for the repairs they claim I did and they tagged on tons of additional items not reported to me during dropoff. They are scammers who don't accept that an employee of theirs might have made a mistake. Do not go here unless you want to be treated second rate.

After an insurance claim, we were directed to enterprise to pick up a rental car, while my car was in the shop. The gentleman that helped me out offered two vehicles with no indication that either would be an additional charge. Instead he made it seem like we are taking care of you. Unfortunately that was not the case. After my car being in the shop almost two month - my husband spoke to someone at the branch to make sure we were not getting an extra charge because I had a feeling they were being misleading.. my husband then confirmed with an employee of enterprise that there would be no extra charge. This helped me have ease until we turned in the car and had a 710 charge .. they charged us the difference for vehicle type. What in the world kind of customer service is this.. if I knew the up charge up front I would have elected another car.. this was a not at fault accident - I had no intention of paying for anything myself. Now I have been trying to Get this resolved and conveniently they have no notations on the account, the gentleman that helped us is no longer at the location (I wonder why) and after being left of hold for 10 mins plus with no answer.. no one has helped out. We did speak to a new manager named Jerry, who was going to look into this and call us back in 48 hours, it’s now been 4 days later and nothing.. can someone please call us back and help get this charge reversed.. I refuse to pay for something that was not addressed properly upfront and was mislead for their benefit.. terrible terrible customer serviceUpdate, I reached out to corporate like they asked and still no follow up or resolution, I don’t know how many times I need to jump through hoops, but really wish they’d just agree it was poor communication and handled terribly and give me a refund, even partial is better than nothing.

I had no reservation but my name was in the system at another location due to a car accident. Once finally after 15 minutes there a guy come in and says he can't helped me. But what got me more upset was that there was a lady sitting in the back room I could see her from where I was standing she could hear the phone ringing but nothing. I have used enterprise for over 5 years they have always been great. But idk if it was just this location that I came in wrong time.

I had ordered a compact car, but was given a full size car, which I’m not as comfortable driving. An hour into my trip I was pulled over by the police for having an expired tag. When I got to my destination, I called and explained it to Rich. I was in a small town with no car rental offices. I was busy with wedding activities and couldn’t go looking for a nearby town for a rental. Rich drove over 2 hours to bring me a car to replace the one with expired tags. And it was a compact car! He went above and beyond to make things right. His customer service was outstanding. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely use this business.
