★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Mason was good to work with and got me set up with a car. I have a few issues with the process. This was a rental due to an insurance claim. Devin left me a voicemail to call back and get a rental reserved. I called back a few minutes later, and he said he couldn't get me a rental until two days later in the morning. I wondered why he called me in the first placed if there wasn't a rental, but I made the reservation anyway. I called Friday morning to confirm the rental, and Devin first told me that I would have to wait another 4 days later, even though he knew I had an existing reservation. I pressed the issue, and he said he would have one in the afternoon. The other issue was them not picking me up and I was 5 miles away, so i had to get an uber. When I finally got my rental, it wasn't serviced (no washer fluid) and it was dirty. The car was fine and they were friendly. I think they are understaffed, especially with the Thunder game in town.
Jul 03, 2025 · Chris LottWe had a wonderful experience this morning. Even though the company as a whole was dealing with system issues, the guys that helped us were so patient and even got us in earlier than what I booked (which was my fault), but they were so kind about it. Grateful for kind people even in the midst of other issues out of their control.
Jun 30, 2025 · Darbie E.I’ve always and only rented from this location, however, I probably will not again. I booked a month in advance for a MIDSIZE suv as we were taking a long road trip with 2 kids and needed room. When we get there, there are 2 options to choose from. Both COMPACT suvs.We attempted the one with the larger back area and the brakes were grinding. The employee said “oh I think it will be fine” NO! We are going through mountains. It won’t be fine. So we had to go with an even smaller one.The only offer was to upgrade us to a jeep wrangler that still wasn’t what i requested. And still small storage so makes no sense. The car did the job but it was very cramped for our long trip and my kids had no room to even sit comfortably. Kicker to this is, I still had to pay the same price for a smaller car. I just think if you know that you have a reservation then make sure you have the car the people want. It’s just disappointing to not even be offered a discount even though they know they aren’t providing us with what we paid for. I don’t really need your automated reply that you post on every review.
Jul 01, 2025 · Heather BatesIf I could take away stars, I would. The entire ordeal with this location has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve always used Enterprise in my town. After a wreck, I had to drive to Edmond to buy a car. I contacted this location to work out getting the rental I had, from another location, dropped off at theirs. They agreed to pick it up the following day, from the car lot I purchased from. I left the keys to said rental with the car lot. The next day came, nobody showed up. The car lot contacted me. I contacted them. Magically, nobody at the store knew what I was talking about. I let my insurance adjuster handle things from there. EIGHT DAYS LATER, I get a message from the car lot, telling me Enterprise never came to get the car!!! Rather than absolutely lose my mind, I contacted my adjuster again to let him know. They told him they had been to the lot “several times” and that no one had the keys, or knew where the rental was. First of all, this is a high-end car lot. Not some lemon store in the rough part of town. The car wasn’t stolen. Second, let’s pretend that’s true. Where was the phone call to me? To the point-of-contact I gave them who had the keys? To the insurance adjuster who they were dealing with? If you were missing an entire car, after 8 DAYS, wouldn’t you have concerns and make a call??? Regardless, they assured us they would be going to get the car, and backdating the bill to the date I dropped it off.Fast forward to 2 days later, now a full TEN DAYS after the car wasn’t dropped off. The original location I got the rental from calls and tells me I owe on the rental extension; and if I don’t pay it now, THE CAR WILL BE REPORTED STOLEN. This is how I wake up. This is how I started my day. Staring down the barrel of a CAR THEFT CHARGE, bc the Edmond, OK Enterprise is the most inept business I think I’ve ever dealt with in recent memory. I explain everything to them. They’re as speechless as I am. They call down there. Edmond gives them a load of excuses, too. Oh, the kicker? THEY STILL HAVEN’T PICKED UP THE CAR. They’re telling the original location the person I left the keys with has been “on vacation.”When I tell you I haven’t been this angry in a long time, that’s really saying something. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION. They’re telling have been given pass, after pass, after pass, and they just keep messing this up with the most juvenile excuses I’ve heard since I taught elementary school. Absolutely unacceptable. They are unabashedly unapologetic. I haven’t received one phone call with an explanation, let alone an apology for this cluster F they call their “business”.
Jun 26, 2025 · Macy MI have had good experiences with Enterprise in the past, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service I received in March. I had a reservation and even went by the office in person a couple days before to confirm. When I arrived to pick up my car at the reserved time, they walked me out to a car that was a downgrade from what I had reserved. This put my family in a bind with luggage because we had planned on a bigger vehicle. I was told there were no options in the class I had reserved and if I wanted anything bigger I'd have to pay a lot more, so I settled for the downgrade. What is the point of having a reservation if you don't even have the car I reserved or similar??(This has actually happened to me in the past with another company and they automatically gave me an upgraded car but did not charge more.) When I went to sign the paperwork, Enterprise tried to charge me even more than my original reservation, despite the downgrade...no way!! I spoke with a manager who said he'd have the associate adjust the price, which he did, but he adjusted it to my original reservation quote even though I was getting a downgrade. The associate had to go back to the manager again and adjust the price for the downgraded vehicle. All of this back and forth took over 45 minutes.
