Thanks to other reviews, which I’m glad I read, the desk is INSIDE of Flamingo hotel. It should really be better described by Enterprise because I thought it was located behind it. It is to the right of the check-in counter. You will not see it unless you look for it. It’s a very convenient location. Our reservation was for 7:30am when they opened. We got downstairs at 7:40 and were 3rd in line. There were 2 people at the desk helping people and the line went quickly. The woman helped us and she was so upbeat and friendly first thing in the morning. We got the car we requested. We already did the paperwork online, so the process was really quick. She gave us instructions on where the car was located in the Flamingo parking deck, how to get out of the deck, and what to do when we return after hours. It was exactly as she said. The car was backed into the spot, so we pulled right out. The car was perfectly clean. We had the most enjoyable day off the strip and so glad we rented with Enterprise.

We dropped off a car at this location. Thanks to other reviewers we knew exactly where to look for the desk (hidden to the right of the Flamingo check-in area).However, it's very unclear where to leave the car in the parking deck. We had a long day and we were tired so we just left the car in an open parking spot after driving around the deck for 20 minutes looking.We went to the desk to check out the next day and thought it was going to be extremely complex to explain all of this. The lady at the desk was very friendly and understanding. She said it's a common issue and as long as it's in the parking deck she can just find it. I took away one star because if it's a common issue why haven't they addressed it? We left immediately and were back to enjoying Las Vegas.Hopefully this helps someone else avoid wasting time looking for Enterprise parking spots in the deck.

Super difficult location to navigate. Their online address and map do not align and takes you to Linq instead of Flamingo. We received no instructions and had to google to find information on how to return the car. Their Google maps location takes you to the monorail but the drop off is to the right of the hotel check in desk. I don’t think it’s their fault because someone probably walked off with it but there was also no pen to write down where we parked the car.

The price was good, and the lady at the counter was fast and friendly. The problem came when we tried to return the car. They have about 8 spots reserved in the garage for rentals and they were full. All other spots in the garage were also full. We drove around the garage for an hour and 20min trying to catch someone leaving. Not sure what we would have done if we hadn't found a spot? We were leaving the next morning before they even open. A lot of people file through here so Enterprise must be aware of the problem and doing nothing about it. Leaving a know issue unresolved deserves an automatic bad review.

We had reservations and the process was smooth. I should've read the other reviews but finding the desk was the only challenge. It is to the right of the main Flamingo registration area.Valerie was great, friendly, and helpful. The hours on Enterpise's site says closes at 1 pm but she said they close at 3. Also, they do take after hours drop off (website has conflicting information)Returning the car was easy as well. I simply parked it in a spot on the 5th floor of the garage and returned the key to the counter.
