Made my reservation at the Edmond location got there and they didn’t have my car then I went to the memorial location where they told me they have one over there for me. Once I got there, they didn’t have the car so I made another reservation with enterprise in the city of Moore. I’m on my way tomorrow and I get a call from downtown Oklahoma location telling me that they have my car there so I turn around and I go downtown when I get to the car. They charge me an extra $40 a day because they say it’s an updated premium SUV. If I don’t like it, they can cancel the reservation, but they should’ve done was given me the card the same price especially after the inconvenience so I accepted it. Frustrated and just left drove the car for two days and then the screen goes black. Can’t see your maps can’t talk on the phone absolutely horrible so I go over to the airport location to swap it out. Brandon in the manager tells me that that he doesn’t want to take a car that has a problem and give me the same car category which was a black Escalade in front because he wanted it for a client that night that might be coming in and make more money for the store. You’ve got to be kidding me I left in the car with the bad screen or I could downgrade to a non-third row SUV which I’m paying a ton of money for the manager could’ve made the right decision and put me in the same class card category car but he just wanted to make money not take care of the Customer. I will never rent from enterprise again. It is absolutely disgusting how little importance the customer satisfaction is.

I travel for work and rent a lot of cars, and always appreciate having someone like Charles helping me out. He really took care of me and provided great customer service after a long travel day.
Jul 08, 2025 · Kimberly BenakCustomer service at this branch is TERRIBLE by management!!! We came into the airport Enterprise to swap a minivan that had a mechanical/sensor issue. Everyone at the counter was very helpful but we needed to speak with the manager in order to handle our issue.When the branch manager came to us, he had already been made aware of our issues by the clerk at the counter. He walks up to us, doesn't look at us and asks us "so what's up?" My husband asked if he had been briefed on what the issue was and proceeded to go into detail. The manager after that tells us that he has too many reservations and could put us in a sedan. We told him we have 7 passengers and that physically couldn't work. His response to that was , there's nothing I can do for you that's too bad. We asked to speak to his manager but instead of putting us on the call with him, he calls in his office and says who knows what, comes out and said well I told you what I said and he said the same thing.I have been renting from Enterprise a long time and no matter what the issues have never had poor customer service until today. He was extremely dismissive, rude, uninterested and he should not be leading a team of ppl in my opinion.

The vehicle began shaking so badly that I had to pull over multiple times. Brought the vehicle to the Enterprise at Will Rogers airport on 6/5 at around 10:30am and they told me they had 400 rentals so they couldn’t swap anything out because I didn’t rent it from them directly (from that location). I asked what I was supposed to do to return to TX and was told I could call other locations. Nothing about coming at a later time or the following day, not a thing about taking it to one of their vendors to look at and/or fix. After 9 phone calls and 3 location visits the Norman Enterprise gave me a vendor and called ahead to tell them I was bringing it in. That vendor stated it was called a “death wobble” (it’s a real thing) and that it is not safe to drive at high speeds and long distances. I call the Edmond Enterprise today 6/6 and asked what the chances were they could help me. The guy there was very nice, surprised the airport one said essentially “too bad so sad” and was going to try to contact the manager at the airport and see if anything could be done later in the day from his location. The number of people that offered no help and this one telling me there was nothing they could do to help because it didn’t originated from their lot is astounding! I still done have a different vehicle so I’m driving an unsafe vehicle around OKC and simply hoping for the best. Not sure how I’ll be making it back to TX yet.
