It ran well and was nice/clean/comfortable/etc.My rating is a reflection of the poor customer service I received from this Enterprise. I would note that I am a platinum tier member with Enterprise Plus. This is supposed to afford me certain benefits and whatnot. Since becoming platinum I’ve never been able to capitalize on a free upgrade, something I am supposed to be given 4 times a year as a platinum tier member.So, when I checked in at the counter in Tucson I inquired about a free upgrade that I’m entitled to. The worker seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and she told me to communicate with the worker at the podium about it. So that is what I did. Again the podium worker had no idea and acted like the notion of a free upgrade for a platinum tier member was a foreign concept. There was no “oh this is how you ensure you get those or anything like that”. Rather I was told to call enterprise to find out on my own. Okay fine. At the podium I even confirmed for her via the app I was platinum, which she acknowledged. But there was seemingly nothing that could be done because she was still unsure how it worked, I guess.Once I got to my destination I did call Enterprise. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes only to be confirmed that I was platinum tier and then I was given no guidance on how to capitalize on my tier benefits. In other words, a phone call that was completely useless. The lady I spoke to also seemed completely unaware of how the process works.I was gonna let all this slide, but here was the final kicker. When I returned the car the worker asked how everything went. I provided the cursory “fine”. He wasn’t satisfied with that and he said “what can we do to make it better?” So I told him about my experience trying to capitalize on a free upgrade. He said he’d tell his manager.The following day I receive an email from the manager named Tyler apologizing and asking how he can make it right. He claimed enterprise is about a high standard and wanting to go above and beyond. I replied with what my expectations were given the rental period had already ended and how the situation could be remedied. Since my reply, I’ve been ghosted by Tyler. Literally, no reply whatsoever. It has been over 2 weeks.So as I said, my rating is a reflection of the poor customer service from the multiple team members I interacted with. The car ran fine. But don’t expect high quality encounters with the workers.

Once we reached the front of the line, processing moved quickly.No paperwork came with the vehicle so we blindly figured out how to get things set up shortly after getting away from the airport without GPS.When we dropped off the vehicle six days later, it was during a rush of returns and my husband forgot to remove his medication key-chain from the key-fob. The person accepting returns didn't catch the return mistake, so one day's worth of meds was lost.We will probably continue to use Enterprise for our rental needs.

He told me who would be waiting outside with the keys and she (Breza?) also had a smile and friendly welcoming for us. She walked us to the van and made sure we would good to go. The van was clean and ran well. We had no problems our entire trip. Upon arriving at the airport at 4:00 am to return the van, Tyler was the next smile to greet us. Even though it was early, he was energetic and friendly. The whole experience was great!
