Unfortunately, there is some construction that's taking place in the area beyond control of the business that makes access somewhat inconvenient, depending on the time of day. What was once two-way can suddenly become one-way. I had to reverse back out of one of those, and it was both perilous and embarrassing because I don't frequent the area on the east side, and it had changed to a one-way. I had to back up while navigating opposing traffic. It turns out there was a sign, but I was operating from familiarity and the natural lay of the road and entrances, and I missed it. I'm not going back over there until the construction is complete.

So the Enterprise employee drove the car reserved for me directly to the body shop and got through all checkout steps there, and I can directly drive the rental car home without going to their office. And when I returned it, I just need to drop it off the body shop and they took that car to their location. Very convenient.
Aug 06, 2025 · G ZI had my personal car in the body shop because a woman in a motorcycle hit me from the rear and Gieco setup a rental with Enterprise, not my choice to go with Enterprise. Picking up the rental took over an hour as the original office is very short staffed. Tyler was as helpful as he could be with the volume of people in the office. He gave me a Toyota Corrola to drive. A week later thieves broke into our gated apartment complex and tried to steal the wheels and tires off the car because there were no wheel locks on the car. After scaring the thieves off, had Enterprise roadside assistance put the wheels back on the car. This happened Saturday morning at 4:30 AM. At Monday morning at 9 AM, went to drive the car back to the original office and heard a loud clunking sound and vibration that was not coming from the car before Saturday. Called Enterprise roadside assistance and they sent out a tow truck to pickup the car and an Uber link to go to the closest office and was assured by Enterprise roadside assistance that office would have a car for me to use. Get to the office nearest to my home and they refused to let me have a car to use, said I had to go back to original office and I would have to hire and pay for the Uber myself. Told them no, not paying for your mistake and an hour later got another link to Uber to take me to correct office. The Uber drive was very bad, their navigation app told her my destination was an empty lot and she told me to get out of her car. I refused and she eventually took me to an hospital directly across the freeway from the original Enterprise office. Had to pay 10 dollars to get an Uber to drive me across the freeway to the correct Enterprise office. Once there, was told I owed $120. Dollars for the swap into another car. After 3 hours of waiting at the offce I closed the account and had my wife come to pick me up after she got off. Got back home at 7:30 PM. Never have I had to send 10.5 hours trying to swap a rental car out and having to cancel everything because I can't afford it since I am disabled and dont have $260 extra dollars in my monthly account. I have never used Enterprise till now and never will ever again.

Jun 06, 2025 · F 3nidadThe car was gross. There was white crusty stuff on the steering wheel, seat, and overhead light. The inside of the windshield needs to be wiped down, it has a fog/glaze on it that makes it very difficult to see at night. No wiper fluid in the car either. The passenger seatbelt warning is broken and will sound about 15 minutes into your drive even when you are solo in the car, so I had to drive around with the passenger seatbelt buckled in. The facility was dirty, and only one person working so I got to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes to be told “oh, you don’t have to wait if you’re dropping off”… If I was greeted when I came into the store, I would have said something.
