Unfortunately, the second car had a non-functional AC and shut off as I was pulling out of the parking lot. By this time, I had already been at the rental location for 30 minutes.I was then told I could take the vehicle the agent had been using herself — a car that had neither been cleaned nor inspected. At this point, I was nearly an hour into what should have been a quick rental process.To make matters worse, I stood and watched as other customers received prompt, courteous service while I felt ignored and undervalued. These ladies run this very busy location with efficiency and wonderful business acumen. They truly treat the business as if it were their own and every customer is their very special client. When my sister was visiting me from Atlanta she noticed how sweet the ladies were to each client and was impressed by the way they kept updating us on the time the car was being processed and cleaned. I told my sister that they are always like this and it’s not new that they are in communication with me on the vehicle. I visit this location weekly for corporate purposes and find that this is my top location of all the offices in the Houston & surrounding area because of these two ladies. It’s rare to find this level of customer service and care to detail on such a personal platform and I would say it is all due to Ms. Alisha & Ms. Amber.
