I love the after hours drop off lot with key drop. I'm only a couple of miles away and didn't even know it was there. I will be renting vehicles from here (vans) for any longish road trips

They did not seem stressed at all and so it made me feel less stressed. The return took 3 min and was super easy. Again the staff was helpful and kind.
Jul 07, 2025 · Ericka EllerbuschHorrible cars, about 4 working cars on the lot, out of 10. received a damaged vehicle and was told it was the only available vehicle on the lot and that if i wanted to upgrade i needed to pay 100+ a day out of pocket, took that option until I was told that there was no upgraded vehicles available forcing me with no other option but to take the already damaged vehicle off the lot.
Jul 08, 2025 · Meg ApoI rent from this Enterprise location at least once a week going between them and hertz. I’ve never had a problem at this location until yesterday. New staff have been hired that absolutely need retraining. Customer service was not at the standard I’m used to. I had a 3pm reservation and was never acknowledged upon arrival. There was one employee helping someone and another who kept walking in and out never said a word to me. When the rep at the desk was done helping his customer he walked to the back, came back to the front desk than proceeded to take phone calls while still never acknowledging me. As I’m awaiting the same employee who walked in and out without ever acknowledging me comes back in and sees im visibly upset then decided to ask me if i need help. Told him he should’ve asked me before the several times he walked passed me and didn’t say a word.. the employees proceed to laugh and joke inside while I’m waiting for someone to clean the rental so I can leave. I begin getting agitated so I go outside to wait just for the same employee who was laughing and joking inside to come out 5 minutes later and started cleaning the car. Mind you it is now 3:40 and I had a 3pm reservation. I asked him how much longer to clean vehicle and he tells be about 10 more minutes at which I had to cancel my reservation because I was going to be late to where I was going at that point. Service was below standard and unacceptable. Unfortunately when I called and spoke to the manager to report on my experience I felt he lacked understanding and was more focused on trying to excuse the behaviors of his new employees which was also disappointing to me because as a manager, if I complain to you about the lack of acceptable service from your newly hired employees you should just be empathetic and focused on addressing the issue. I found the manager to be dismissive. Managements response to my car not being ready was that the cleaner was on lunch break at 3pm. Unfortunately that’s not the customers plight, you as an office should be checking your reservations daily and making sure staff will be available to help employees and clean cars for set reservations, I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced for staff taking late lunches..then told me the guy at the front desk was probably already on the phone and the customer was on hold which wasn’t true because I saw the phone ring and him answer “how can I help you” so I found it odd the manager kept trying to respond with excuses for his employees behaviors.he just kept saying things like “ well I wasn’t there” or “all I can day is sorry” instead of let me investigate and talk to the employees and get more detail on what happened..Probably won’t return to this location
