When I returned it, I was told I caused new damage (in the same location the previous damage was) & was asked for my insurance info so they could file a claim even though I repeatedly explained that I didn't do it & had barely driven the car. They didn't seem to care & kept reiterating that it's their policy & that I was responsible for the damage.Eventually, the manager checked the security footage & confirmed the damage was already there when I picked it up. I'm grateful it was resolved, but the whole situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I felt really dismissed & like I wasn't being heard. I hope Enterprise handles situations like this with more care in the future. It would've made a huge difference to feel supported instead of blamed.

Showed up at 8 and kid said he left a message yesterday but I didnt get it. He had multiple cars on lot but said those were for people who "answered the phone" yesterday. Not customer friendly.
Feb 04, 2025 · Todd MeadorI have tried to get a rental car here multiple times and every time they call me right before they close the night before or right before I am supposed to go get my rental and tell me they won’t be able to have a car for me. Then when I call and ask where does have cars they tell me the whole areas sold out (which was just a lie last time). Last time I had to call a costumer service person and they told me they are supposed to arrange a ride for you, even if it’s at another location, when their website is incorrect and says they have cars when they don’t. Brought this up to the manager and he acted like he had no clue and told me he couldn’t transfer me because his phone wasn’t working. I then had to call around until someone finally connected me with a location manager that could tell me where actually has cars. Currently waiting to hear back from them. Moral of the story is they’ll prolly cancel your rental and leave you stranded last minute with no help what so ever to get a car so don’t book here.

We had a snow storm and when I tried to drive to work I had to turn around because the slush/snow on windshield was only made worse by just using the wipers alone. I paid over 400 to rent thus car and could only use it 1 day. When I mentioned this to the attendant when I returned the car his response was " well irmt happens sometimes ". I asked about a partial refund and he said no and to have a good day.
