I received the car at this car dealer and the car representative, Victor was very rude to me from the beginning. He gave me attitude throughout the whole process, tried to make me pay more than what I should and rip me off. I did not find picking up the car enjoyable and instead felt more pressured. He stated "next time pick the car that you'd like since you don't want the car that the dealers choice picks for you". Even though I wanted a 5 seat car, he said id have to pay $100/day more to get that instead of a minivan, but Ive rented out before and I know that minivans cost more than a regular 5 seat car. in the end he STILL ended up giving me a 5 seat car even though I didn't have to pay for that car anyways. I then also excused myself to go to the restroom and he rudely said "well no ones rushing you". I did not like his attitude, he gave me a lot of side eyes, felt manipulative and was not making this process any easy for me. On top of that, the car we received was VERY dirty and disgusting, we found a DIRTY empty celsius can under the seat of the passenger, hair, stains and grass in the backseat. I contacted customer service already and the best they can do is 5%voucher discount lol. This was very unacceptable and I hope FOX cars can do better than this.

I’ve traveled and rented cars extensively for work and have never had the kind of service I had today. First we had the absolutely lovely rental car driver, he gave me local food recommendations and the shuttle vehicle was so clean and comfortable. Then there was Lou at the counter who was above and beyond helpful. He walked me through all of my options, gave me some local recommendations and walked me to my vehicle. He was amazing. Then there was Shawn who personally helped me pair my phone with the vehicle and gave me tips on the car before I headed off. Truly, I’ve rented with every big car rental name in most major cities & this was above and beyond the best experience I’ve ever had in any city. Thanks again to Lou & Shawn! They made the start of my trip so wonderful!

Although the company had some poor reviews in the past, I believe it may be under new ownership — and I have nothing but positive things to say. All the recent reviews are correct! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, and my car was spotless upon pickup. Thanks to CJ, the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. My deposit was fully refunded without any issues.Overall, I had a smooth, 10/10 experience with excellent customer service. Fox Car Rental also offers great value, providing affordable rates while other companies charge nearly double. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their services again. Give them a chance — you won’t be disappointed!

We got hit with an additional $138.69 after returning the car. We know that $59 is the prepaid gas but we have no idea what the rest is for. I’ve never had to come out of pocket more money after renting and returning a car. I got the ick feeling from the representative at pickup. He tried to sale us everything under the sun then got annoyed with us when we wouldn’t agree to any of it. Literally was almost threatening about the toll roads. Clearly we are smart enough to turn the no toll roads feature on GPS. It’s not that difficult to avoid toll roads. We paid for a 4Runner or better and got stuck with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. There’s nothing similar about those two vehicles. There wasn’t a 4Runner on the lot! Seems a bit like false advertisement if you ask me. The shuttle driver got pissed that my husband ask a question to confirm the airline where we were stopped. He helped us with our bags getting in but refused to help us off. His response to my husband when confirming the airline stop was “that’s what I said wasn’t it”. The rental car had almost 50k miles which is typically unheard of when renting from a well known company. This was a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money up front. You’re going to pay the same price anyways and have a much better experience.

Fist off all employees we worked with were very helpful and professional. From the counter to the buss everyone was great. I was very pleased with the speed of the return process while we were trying to rush and catch our flight home. On the same note, we had no idea that they opened at 5am.... our flight home was 7am and we had to rush to make our flight. This must be a common problem. We arrived at 4am and realized no one was there.... except for 3 other customers in the same position! 1 of us had to re book another flight to have enough time. I remember the posted hours saying close at 12:00 open at 12:01.... finally, the price is drastically higher once you arrive. I understand if extra cost is common place for any rental in the area, but we had no idea until arrival...
