I don't know why people complain about the wait. You know the process. If you want to go to another line that's shorter, then do what you have to do. Complaining doesn't make the line go any faster. Having your part done makes your time with the rep move faster. Anywho, I just wanted to give a shout out to the young man who helped me out, Eduardo. This was my first time renting from here. There were almost lot of options and the area was huge and clean.. Well, I had an issue. He told me exactly what I needed to do, which fixed my issue! He was patient, professional, understanding, and really took care of my situation. Thank you because I was already having a rough morning.

I booked this rental through Booking.com. I went up to the counter with my husband and the rep asked for my name and reservation number. I gave him the reservation number from booking.com and from an email and he states he cannot find it. My husband gave the rep his driver's license and then he found our reservation. I messed up and ended up showing up at 740 when my rental was supposed to start at 9. The person at the counter was pretty rude about it and said I would have to come back later. Fine, my mistake. We come back at 9, and then the rep right away tries to only deal with my husband( I made the reservation and he does not know the details). We reserved a Jeep Cherokee ( or similar).He tries to tell my husband that since we are going on a long trip we should get the 4runner because it has a better sound system and better tires. So my husband asks if that is included in our reservation, he says no it's not it would be an upgrade. We say no thank you, and then he starts talking about coverage options. My husband says okay we will go with the basic since the rep made it seem like we had to get coverage. Then he says our total would be $1000.00 I said hold on, our reservation was for $335. Then he says well yes there's a $500 deposit, and the coverage is x amount, so I say no thank you we will pass on the coverage. Then he starts making comments under his breath about its really only x amount a day, seems like it would be a smart choice to just get the coverage. We politely say no thank you and he asked my husband if there would be any additional drivers while he kept looking at me. Fox's rental policy states a spouse of the main driver is free. The rep also tried to get us to purchase the prepaid fuel which we also politely declined and he had a few snarky comments about that as well. When my husband finally went to get the car, nobody did a walk through of the car with him and did not even walk him to the car. On his way out of the parking garage they stapled a "checklist" (not filled out) to his receipt and then when he returned the car, same thing, nobody did a walk around, they just checked for the amount of fuel. Before loading up we checked the car and noticed there was a crack in the windshield, there was quite a few scratches on the trunk portion of the car and the car was not washed and didn't even look like it was vacuumed. Overall felt like a scam and very shady business practices.

couldn't say it in person cuz everyone was busy but THANK YOU FOR A Fantastic servcie. Honestly, the process was smooth, transparent, FAST. COULDNT BE BETTER - the car was just great, a different model than was shown on website but same specs. and THANK YOU Christian and everyone on counter for being so knowledgeable and kind. I know it's hard being that way all the time.

Our experience with this Fox Rental was good! Everything you could want! A car rental on site at the airport and streamlined by all of the employees from counter to the garage.The car we wanted was being washed and prepared. We were delayed but offered a better vehicle at no cost if we wanted it! Being that we were not in a hurry and our heart set on that particular vehicle we waited! I was impressed that while we waited in a nearby lobby the representative that served us came to us to tell us our car was ready. Again I was impressed by this service to detail! The car was clean and ready!When we returned the car, again jt was super quick and easy!! The representative in the garage even made sure I went the right way to get to the exit towards the terminal. GREAT JOB TEAM!!

Alright, so I was super skeptical about this place given all of the bad reviews but still went for it, given the amazing prices I was seeing.I'm so glad I did.Checked in at the airport a little early, there was no one in line at fox( dispite all the reviews that I read and the long line of people at the airport shuttle!) I was worried because I had an appointment to be at in 2 hours. The gentleman at the counter ( wish I remembered his name, believe it was Jose) was fast and gave clear instructions, didnt hassle me. I was given my keys to the rental within 4 min and headed up stairs to go directly to the spot where the rental was waiting for me. Car itself was very clean and a smooth ride. Loved it.THE EASIEST AND FASTEST car rental experience I've ever had, and I rental monthly for work. The drop off was a breeze too, which I kindly appreciate after a long week.Thank you guys again. Will be back!
