I never wish to do business with this location ever again Tammy the a manager of this branch Is unwilling to call back customers that have complaints. Calvin waited until I got there to tell me what car I would be driving when I called him almost a week in advance to try to get a vehicle that I would be comfortable driving. I no longer wish to do business with Hurtz rental car ever again and I hope I never have to even through insurance. You guys lost a member for good. You guys should hire a better representations for your company, Tammy does not represent this location very well. Calvin should also go back to training to represent customer service better.

Agent tell me it is covered by insurance anyway. Agent cannot access the pictures taken few hours before. I am in hurry and leave.I then receive a vehicle incident report with additional damages listed than the panel discussed at return time.Spent time filling the form, press the send button, but system does not work.I then receive a receipt of payment.Call the Helpdesk, the agent tells me to respond to the email directly and says that if the receipt has been sent the case is close, as insurance was subscribed. I send the email as requested.I then receive another email to remind to enter information in the VIR report online.Used the car for less than 7 hours15' to pick up the car, about 20' to return the car15' to report info online30' with the agent online15' sending the emailCX is not great really-why aren't the picture sent to the client anymore?-why does the staff not access the pictures?-why do I get the question what happened whereas Hertz cannot access the pictures to establish if the piece of panel was missing or not at pick up time?-why do I get a VIR report to fill if the insurance is subscribed?-why does the VIR report online does not work?-why do I get a reminder to fill the VIR report online again (which does not work) whereas the agent confirmed the case is closed with the payment receipt sent?If you reply Hertz, please provide real answers not pre-formatted marketing text.
Mar 26, 2025 · Franck CormierNo stars. I will never understand the rental business; by way of taking money for cars they do not have to rent out. And be completely unhelpful during or after. I attempted to rent, 15 minutes before picking up, that they and near by offices have no cars. My reservation was made the night before. That's one set back. Hertz charged my card a fee and will not refund it. Zane the manager is too busy, after leaving messages with full information, he called me once to say, he will do what he can. Charge is still there, not refunded and I never got a rental. Their phone line is unhelpful to assisting with refunds when you didn't actually ever rent. The insurance refunded me with no problem, even after NOT receiving their offices assistance with verifying things with them. Zane was the only one with manners but, just returning a call doesn't quite cross this wrong off the list. HEY ZANE, send me an email and get me my refund. I have left you several messages as well as tried to get your staff to assist. Please N TY. Edited addition: Hertz- saying thank you for your feedback on every review doesn't fix anything. Can I get my REFUND!!!!!!???????
Apr 04, 2025 · A MWhen you pay with debit card they take 500$ deposit plus rental cost , after returning vehicle they refund whole amount and charge again rental cost , so it’s been 5 days since I returned + weekend + Monday and I still don’t have 750 refund so as of now they holding $1000 of my money for 7 days already , but they going to blame it on the bank . Here is the thing tho I had refund on Wednesday and it was posted on Friday . Have better system in place to refunds ppl money fast since you take big deposits

I had a nightmare to deal with concerning my car and the dealership service department and he personally helped me almost every day of going back and forth. If I need another rental anytime in the future I will definitely be going here. Thank you for making such a negative experience positive
