She act as if I was an inconvenience. She informed me there were no cars available besides an electric car. I said, I’ll take it. After her telling me I had to download two apps, she explains to me that it has to charge and it takes 9 hours to be charged. Seriously!! I’m suppose to wait 9 hours! The worst customer service experience! I had to take my business to Enterprise! A bit more expensive but the customer service there was superb!!!

As a carless New Yorker and US Air Force Reservist my Lyft driver took me to the wrong address causing me to be late to my 5pm reservation. Arriving at around 5:20, the staff was polite and patient and upon hearing about my situation, graciously allowed me to join the line of customers who were waiting WAY past closing time. The team was thorough, professional, and very gracious considering the hour. I’m not going to ANY other Hertz location!! Thanks you guys!!

Despite being Hertz Gold Members, we were given a car that was extremely dirty—inside. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We’ve never received a car in such terrible condition.To make matters worse, the car had no EZ Pass device, On a rainy day, we had to go back and try to exchange it, wasting time from our trip. When we returned, Argenis, the staff member who assisted us, didn’t apologize or take any responsibility. In fact, he made the situation even worse with his rude attitude and complete lack of empathy.This experience was beyond disappointing. We expected better, especially as loyal customers. Avoid this location at all costs. They clearly don’t care about customer service or quality.
