When I came here to pick up the car staff told me that it was electric and that was all they had. I never used an electric vehicle, knew practically nothing about them and certainly didn't want to worry about driving one for a vacation. I very reluctantly took it. Staff gave me the keys and didn't bother sitting in the car with me to show me how everything works, where to plug in the charger, etc. I had to go back inside the shop after trying to figure things out on my own and they still didn't inform me where to even put the charger. I was going on a road trip around New England and thought it ridiculis that I would have to worry about how far away a charge outlet might be in an unfamiliar area.One of the staff was somewhat sympathetic to the situation while the other was strangely/emotionally flat. Both were more like stereotypical corporate puppets. I ended up taking it back within the hour. I had to call customer service regarding getting a refund.

I expected a much more respectful and professional attitude from a company like Hertz. I won’t be returning to this branch.
