Absolutely worthless. Employees suck...no help. Don't rent from this place.As for your reply. There was plenty of time for you to help with this as we sat in your parking lot while we tried to cancel the reservation that you said you couldn't help us with. Your empty apology means nothing. Your customer service has been found lacking. Why are you there? For all the help you gave, why don't you just install a kiosk. It's cheaper and would probably be more helpful.

My first four days went as expected except I drove a Kia K4 that I literally had to wash before I left town and it smelled straight up like marijuana. The whole time it never went away till I got back and was getting my stuff out of the car. There was a Mary Jane vape under the seat! And the tire went flat near every morning and I would have to air it up, but my last four days were worse. They told me the tank was 1/2 full but it was only a1/4, mind you I took pics and still put it on a1/2 before I came back… Customer service was very rude when I dropped the truck off. I got there about 15 minutes before they closed and the guy has the driest sense of humor. Personality of a dirt sandwich honestly. It’s the same guy I see every time I do go to Hertz. He came out, took mileage, and I got my stuff out of the car and I realized that I did not have my keys to my car that I had left in the parking lot in the back. I came immediately back into Hertz to let them know that I was stranded and I needed to renew for one more day or to get another car. I asked if I could and he said he had already closed the account. I said well can I rent another car? And he said well not really. I told him that the only person I had near here was my mom and she was on hospice and an amputee and I had no one to come and pick me up to take me to the house to get my keys. I literally had to run across the street to Avis that was about to close And in less than five minutes they gave me a car to drive and solved my issue of being stranded. They literally kicked me out of the building and locked me out knowing I had no transportation at all to get home. I live too far in the country to get an Uber. I was just taken aback by the way that I was treated when they could’ve just taken an extra five minutes to help me get another car. They told me the deposit would go directly back on the car when I brought it back, so I wasn’t too worried about not having enough funds until I asked him if my funds had went back on. He said well it could take one business day! I’ve never been treated so rudely at a car rental place and I feel like they do not deserve my business anymore. I will go to Avis across the street and be treated with dignity and respect. I went back to get my phone mount that I left in the truck and it was gone and they said it wasn’t in the lost and found. Sorry!!

I went in 2 days early to try and add my wife as a driver, was told I had to wait until the day of the rental. I checked in online the day before the rental to speed up the process. Day of the rental I had to work an hr late, called to let them know. Car was given to someone else and they had no other car available. Nobody called me or gave me my money back. They just said , they only keep my rental for 1 hr, to call the corporate office. How can I pay for and reserve rental upfront and they decide to give it away. That car should of sat there for a week if thats what I chose. I already paid. Yes , the funds were taken from my personal bank account. After 1hr on the phone with corporate office I was told I should receive my money back, but I have no email or confirmation from hertz. Company and place are a joke!

I then had to call to cancel my own reservation (or I would have been charged a no-show fee.) Then I tried to rebook with this terrible company and could not be accommodated with a one-way rental.
