★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had a pretty bad experience at this Hertz Rental place. A reservation was made ahead of time thru an insurance claim. Very limited options were available when we arrived. We were given an older vehicle with a sticker that indicated an oil change was way overdue. The agent said it was not accurate and gave us our paperwork to head out. The next day when well out of town the check engine light came on! A call to the emergency number for Hertz just led us down a rabbit hole of problems. First, the Nashville agent had given us the wrong paperwork! Once that was all figured out, we were told to make a vehicle exchange at the Oklahoma City Airport (it was late on a Saturday and no other offices were open.) The airport office wouldn't help us, since we didn't have the correct rental number and the Nashville office was closed for the weekend. By the time we got thru to a manager and he was able to accept the Hertz emergency exchange plan, it was really late. We had an overnight expense that was unplanned on top of the stress created by the situation and more importantly, the way we were treated!!! Not all of this was the fault of the Nashville office, but it sure started there and they were of no use when the problems developed!

The guy helped two and that was it. He said he was waiting on vehicles to be returned. Myself and another guy waited. After 2 HOURS, I asked did another location have vehicles or the airport? He said he would have no way of knowing that...as he sat at the desk in the back playing on a cellphone. Customer service with this company is awful. I called the customer services line and was rerouted so many times, the calls hung up. Never again!

The day of return the car shut down on me in the middle the road. Their manger Marcus, was to nonchalant and dismissive for my liking. Never renting from hertz again!

I have never dealt with someone so disrespectful, aggressive and vile. My family and I were in town and I ordered a car online. It was an electric suv. The car wasn’t ready initially, which wasn’t a problem. My husband picked it up and turned out markus the manager gave us the wrong charger for the car. We discovered this after it didn’t charge overnight and called roadside assistance.Turns out the charger wasn’t compatible with the vehicle and the nearest charging station was 15 miles away. After talking to Markus on phone and explaining the issue, and after being on the line with roadside assistance several times he actually hung up on me because I said we were frustrated as we’d have to drive 40 minutes back to the pick up location to switch it out.I had my 2 small children with me and it was an inconvenience as we’d already wasted our entire day of vacation on the phone trying to resolve the matter and had to reschedule our plans..Upon arrival back to the branch location Markus became VERY aggressive, angry and started threatening to cancel our car because I asked if he could add a day on to our rental. On the phone prior he said “he’d take care of us”He yelled at me that he was sick of us complaining and to leave. It was at that time I pulled out my phone and started recording the remainder of the time at the hertz location. I’ve never felt the need to do this but his temper escalated so quickly I was honestly scared. He was pacing and yelling and clenching his fists. My kids and I went to the parking lot while my husband swapped out the car.I can’t wait to share this video with the public and corporate. His behavior was absolutely unacceptable and beyond disgusting. I didn’t feel safe, nor did my children. No one in his position should EVER speak to a customer or behave as he did. I hope he gets the help he needs and that Hertz handles this matter appropriately. I will never rent a car from Hertz again.

The rude woman at the store after I just had been talking to the manager all day because they didn't have a car for me this morning and I had to ride 36 miles in an Uber for almost a hundred bucks to get to their store. She refused to let me take a car because I wanted to put it on a debit card she said it had to be made 24 hours in advance that's the most ridiculous bullshit I've ever heard in my life! And it was not stated on the Triple A Hertz site that I used to book the reservation. They owe me a hundred $200 for fees now! I'm so damn livid there's no way in hell you can tell me that they couldn't take a debit card the manager can't override that bullshit shoot plenty pleased with herself telling me off to I'm done with that place and I swear to God anybody that I know will never rent from there again ever
