Arrived at location and they informed me the car needed an oil change so they had to get another car, had to wait an additional hour to get the car which caused me to miss my check out at my hotel resulting in me paying an additional fee just to get back into my hotel to grab my bags. Once the car arrived it was dirty inside and out and the guy took the car to go clean it and brought it back in the same condition. bug guts all over the car, bird poop on the side of the car, dust all through the inside of the car, dirty cup holders, gardening tools in the trunk from a previous person, broken pieces inside of the car. To make the matters worse they charged me more than what I booked the car for online by charging me the daily rate not the weekly rate. They then proceeded to offer me car protection plans that I had already paid for when booking and stated that I didn't have one. The customer service at the location isn't helpful in any way, I've spent a total of 4 hours on phone calls with Hurts directly to resolve this and getting different answers every time. they offered me a $150 compensation and after it was applied I was still charged more than what I booked the car for and still can't get the issue corrected. Highly recommend staying away from this place and company all together! Do yourself a favor and don't let this place ruin your trip like it did mine.

All of us in line were told that there were no cars available because “they were just working off of returns”. We ended up having to wait for Mason’s manager to come to the location with more cars. We were given no information regarding the amount of time we had to wait or what cars were being brought in. When asking for more details, we were given attitude.We eventually got the car 2.5 hours after the original scheduled pickup time. The gas tank was at 25%, which differed from the pickup slip which said 45%. The car also smelled like smoke.Overall a terrible experience. Seeing a car rental company have no cars, not only for us but for all other customers in line, was a real disappointment. I will not rent with Hertz in the future. I’ve also told my friends and family to stay away and opt for better companies.

I booked a reservation for a Tesla Model Y through the Hertz website at this location on 1/28/25 for pickup on 6/12/25.I called Hertz customer service a few days before my trip, and the rep confirmed that I would be receiving exactly a Tesla Model Y. I show up on 6/12 for the pickup, only to be informed that they don't have a Tesla Model Y, and moreover have not had any Teslas for the past year. So, in the 6 months that I have had this booking, they could never get the requested vehicle to location nor inform me that the vehicle would not be available (they instead informed of the opposite). In addition, there were no EVs available at all; the only option was a random Mazda.I needed a larger vehicle, so I asked if they had any minivan available. The Hertz staff informed me that they had one, but that I would have to pay an upcharge! After some time, the "deal" offered to me, was to pay a smaller upcharge for the minivan, and I would receive some Hertz rewards points to use towards a future booking. I refused this offer, and I asked the staff member to cancel the booking. The staff member then informed me that they are not able to cancel a booking, and that I would have to call customer service to cancel (which took another 30 min). I will never book with Hertz again!!
Jun 29, 2025 · Tim GeorgeDO NOT RENT YOUR CAR HERE. It seems convenient but it’s terribly organized. Only open from 10-2 and they only staff it if you have an appointment. So if your flight is delayed you just can’t pick up your car. Not worth it, go to an actual rental car place.
Jun 11, 2025 · MacKenzie BairGuy was 15 minutes late. Told people in front of us he didn't have their car and they would have to update. We got our turn and told us the same thing. It was either get a $50.00 update or no car. We booked ahead. They should of had our car. Very poor business practice
