Before picking up the car, I asked if I could upgrade to a slightly larger vehicle with my Gold membership—they asked for $50. When I went to get the car I originally reserved, it was in terrible condition. The cup holders were full of dust and crumbs, the front windshield was covered in bird droppings and bug marks, and the side panels were streaked with dirt. Is this what they call a freshly cleaned car? Or are they trying to charge customers extra cleaning fees after giving them dirty cars? If I had more time, I would’ve asked for a different car or cleaned it myself and billed them. Get it together—this kind of service doesn’t even deserve a one-star rating. That said, the shuttle drivers who operate 24/7, even welcoming customers at 3 a.m., are doing a great job. As for the front desk staff who joke with each other while treating customers with disdain—go ahead and keep doing your nails.

Also, well, I really liked the choice of vehicles the SUV we picked up had an incredibly dirty windshield (on the inside). And I wouldn’t call the back “filthy“ but you can see in the yellow circle where someone’s finger had cut through the dirt. Finally, the sides were pretty dirty too. Their car wash either isn’t very good or the guys prepping the car before it goes into the wash aren’t paying attention.

This location does NOT have Teslas and at first I thought all hope was lost but Aaron made it a point to make things right. The vehicle he was able to swap me into has been lovely to drive and I’m so grateful as I have a 2 week long reservation. I seriously cannot thank him enough his customer service made me feel understood immediately. I don’t think he is currently a manager but I truly hope leadership is in his future as customer service skills like that are lacking in this world.

Jul 10, 2025 · Mark YadloskyOur Hertz rental car broke down 2 hours outside of Denver because they did not maintain the appropriate transmission fluid levels in the engine. After being stranded on the shoulder of a highway, we were able to get towed back to the airport, and Hertz assured us on the phone that our towing expenses will be covered. Now, they are refusing to reimburse us for the towing and offered a $75 credit towards our cost of the rental. What a joke
