Quick, accommodating, and kind.We also forgot to add 2 drivers upon first arriving and had to come back to the store in person instead of just adding a spouse over the phone or virtual. I understand this may be company policy but was a bummer and inconvenience. They allow you to virtually sign up and register by verifying your ID online, I’m not sure why this isn’t an option to add someone, a spouse at that. We sat 2nd in line for over 25 minutes. They only had 2/6 registers open, even when it was really busy on a Saturday early afternoon.If you don’t want to wait in line, check in early to have your keys ready when you get there! We would’ve had this, but had to switch our vehicle and wait a while to receive our new one.

I don't even go into the building, just drive up, see my name on the board, go to the designated area and choose a car of my liking. Brand new 2025 cars, different kinds and sizes to suit my needs. This was the first time I needed a large SUV, and I picked a GMC Terrain something -- huge (for me) but we had friends with LOTS of luggage so that worked. Had to extend for an extra day and that was a quick phone call. The whole experience was easy-peasy from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

At the end I was prompted to get in line to receive my key and paperwork. I was frustrated because I was in line over an hour. I tried to get clarification from a representative and he told me I needed to get in line. That representative, who was an obese black male, apparently didn't like how I asked the question. I was very respectful the whole time. When I finally got to the front of the line that man ended up waitiing me. He told me he was giving me an upgrade because of my long wait, which was an absolute lie. I asked what kind of car and he would only say it was an upgrade, which I thanked him several times. He literally gave me the worse car on the lot. It was 5 years old, has a ton of miles on it, no navigation, and has dents and scratches all over it. I rented it for 12 days and every time I get in it I think of how this guy completely lied to me and I'm sure he had a good laugh with his coworkers regarding what he did to me. I hope he is working when I return it because I'm going to be seeking clarification on how this car is an upgrade because I have never rented a worse car than this. There are check engine lights that come off and on and this car needs to be removed from its fleet. I've had to buy window cleaner because the car was so dirty I could barely see out of the windshield, which is extremely dangerous.
