I drove there and the lady acknowledged the mistake and said she was issuing me a refund. Nothing came. I drove there twice in the last month and anytime the lady sees me, she shows me a paper work on her desk and assures me she’s got it. How are you able to take money from people’s cards in minutes and it takes you months to issue a refund. For the toll charge, she gives an excuse that a different company handles that. The charge says Hertz. Makes no sense. Do not go to this place. They suck big time 🤦♂️

I made a reservation for a Tesla and an hour before I came in they called saying they don’t have any Teslas, but plenty other cars. Which was fine with me, I just needed wheels. Came in, asked them to make any price adjustments since it was a different vehicle, was given an electric Kona, then I was on my way.The trouble started when I tried to return the car a week later. I noticed that I was charged for the Kona the same price as a Tesla, which I’ve seen is a difference price since I originally made the reservation myself. I know the Kona was $60 cheaper. I even checked again that day and they were still at that price difference. Told the woman at the desk, the same one that I asked to adjust the prices a week earlier, and I was immediately met with the most atrocious tone. Telling me I’m lying, I should have took a screenshot if I’m gonna be coming in like that, and even telling the other customers about my dilemma. Extremely unprofessional. They kept laughing and mocking me until the paperwork’s was done. At which point I just quietly accepted that I’d make the complaint elsewhere.But then we get outside and they “checked” the car. The woman got in and immediately said there’s a smell. And that I was smoking marijuana. I don’t smoke, and it’s extremely insulting that she would call me a liar and accuse me of doing something I didn’t. ALSO when she sat in the car a week ago to give me the charging wire the smell was already there but she never said anything. Just a nightmare to deal with that woman.I wish I could give a negative or zero review. But one is unfortunately the lowest google allows. Which is still somehow way better than what this place deserves
Apr 03, 2025 · Kong NAfter reading all of these reviews, we were a bit worried about this location, but to our surprise, they took us right in and our car was available in minutes. The car was a small kia. It was not a luxury car but it got us from point a to point b with no problems. Check in area was clean and nice with restroom. The person at the desk was polite and helpful. We were told we could drop the car off, so if all goes well on that end, i would have no problem recommending the place.

Feb 12, 2025 · GXThe girl who calls herbself 'Black Chyna" might be the worst individual to ever work in customer service. I called the office to get the extension and exchange the vehicle and she said that her office doesnt do that and that all her vehicles need an oil change. I counted at least 11 cars in the lot. Eventually i was able to call another office and do the extension over the phone. This girl locked the door at 4pm. I will never be renting with HERTZ ever again. Now i see why they are closing down.
