I was told by online chat that my daughter (30) had to be listed as the driver since I can't drive a vehicle without modifications due to my disability. But when we arrived, they denied us the car because she didn’t have her physical credit card—even though I was there, offered to pay, and was the one who made the reservation.Colby at the counter was rude and wouldn’t even look at me while speaking. I’ve faced discrimination before, but this one hurt. I planned ahead and followed their instructions, but still got turned away. I'm still fighting to get my deposit back. My little old lady mother was paying for the rental but they needed a credit card from me as I was the driver. They promised they would charge the card we had initially booked with. We never even got the opportunity to confirm the final card as we dropped off at a second location and they could not confirm payment. Guess whose card they charged? Don’t go with this company. They suck.

I rented a car and about an hour after I drove away, I noticed there were charges for premium services I did not agree to. I completed the pre-registration on my phone and denied all extra services, and at the rental counter, I did not agree to any extra services. I tried calling at least 10 times during my rental period but not one time did I get through. The phone just rings then hangs up; no chances to even sit on hold and wait. I emailed as well. I then called the main customer service line, and waited on hold for 30 minutes just for them to tell me I needed to call the Minneapolis location, then call them back to get the charges removed. I explained that I was not able to get in touch with them, but I was not offered any solutions other than “keep trying”. I still have not been able to get this resolved, so here I am! Wish me luck.

I also called multiple times to let them know my flight was going to be delayed- never spoke with a person, line just rang and rang then hung up.At the airport, I waited in a line that was slow as molasses. They had a QR code that could be scanned for faster check in. My information was not found there either. Not sure why my reservation was not acknowledged when I tried all of their check in methods. When it was finally my turn, she was able to find my reservation.If they don't want you to check in online, then don't send all the requests to do so!
