Realizing I am not gonna get no where I decided to ask for him name and told him to have a great day. Idk what it is but education for employees would help keep customers.

I called Hertz prior to when I planned on picking up my rental (I called 24 hours prior) to see if I needed to specify when I would be there so I would have a car available for me. I was told no I do not need to make a “reservation” of sorts or let them know I was coming and that when I came I would only need my ID and a $200 deposit.I was given an EV (electric vehicle) as I was told that was all that was available for me. I will preface the rest of this review with saying know nothing about EVs so I trusted the worker knew what he was talking about.1. I was told to charge the vehicle from 0-100% takes 25 minutes. First Gentleman that I dealt with while renting the vehicle was very nice and helpful, but the Second Lady I dealt with twice was worthless and rude both times. She hung up on me when I was trying to ask a simple question that I asked multiple times and she did not answer. On top of her horrible phone etiquette and hanging up on me when I originally rented the vehicle I had brought it to a car wash because it was filthy and had no issues with that seeing as the First Gentleman was so helpful and patient, but then when it rained I couldn’t even see out the windows as the wipers on the car were no good and just smeared the water across the windshield. I’d go to a different location if Hertz is your only option.

Upon addressing my reservation, the attendant informed me that the car I had booked was unavailable, despite my confirmed booking. An alternative vehicle was offered; however, it was in an unacceptable condition, with refuse left inside, indicating a disregard for basic cleanliness and customer satisfaction.Further compounding the frustration, when I opted to cancel the reservation due to these issues, I was informed of a $60 cancellation fee. He was already helping someone and had another customer waiting- I walked in and two more people followed after me. The one associate, whose name is Waverly helped all of us by himself- and ended up working/ keeping the office open for an additional 40 minutes.He helped us get our vehicle rental the same day (through insurance) and explained the fees and rental contract in detail. He was patient and courteous. I will gladly come back due to the excellent service Waverly provided.
