I didnt have a ride back because I couldnt pick up my rental thatsl was already reserved, and no more money left in my Uber wallet. They should update their hours of operation if they do not like to work until 5pm. Worst part is that I was on the phone with one of their own representatives, he confirmed they are supposed to close at 5pm since before that, and he heard everything happening but couldn't do anything about it unfortunately. I called and was on the phone with them since 4:49pm

I can not believe they would even be okay with giving cats out with roaches in them. They would do Absolutely nothing to fix it but give me another car with more roaches. They also have tried to charge me over $2000 in tolls when I have already paid the tolls. I would never recommend anyone going here. There are so many more things that happened that hertz did but I don't feel like writing a novel.

Got there few minutes before 5pm on a Friday and they decided to have a watchman to literally take me out of the parking lot not allowing me even get the proper information, this with a valid paid reservation. I hope this helps other people to chose a different location.
May 02, 2025 · Be Safe Vip1 star rating to the company HERTZ in regards to customer service. As of the day being 3/7 (Friday) I went to the Hertz location: 2751 Nw 39th Ave Miami, 33142. And they had told me the vehicle I returned due to a recall was no longer in their position after 3 days of my drop off had passed. Then they sent me to Miami International Airport to the lost and find item department on the third floor. Just for the agent to tell me that the reference number of my form didn’t exist in their records. And that Hertz from the location being: 2751 Nw 39th Ave Miami, 33142 had provided me with the wrong information and the TSA agent from the lost and found department. Sent me to the Car Rental Department from Hertz. I had to pay taxis out of my pocket to be able to get there and missed a whole day of work to be able to get this resolved. Once I got there at 2:15pm the manager from the Hertz location: 2100 Nw 42nd Ave Miami, FL 33142. Told me that the manager from the lost and found department had already left. Her working hours are: 9am-4pm. The moral of the story in regards to this review is 3/26/25 and until this day I haven’t received any updates or news in regards to my lost items. As of today I called the customer service line to see if there are any updates. They gave me a wrong number to call and rudely hung up. I called again to ask to speak with a supervisor / manager. They had me on hold and then they hung up the phone on me. Never in my life have I been treated with such poor work ethic from a company and even worse with such terrible customer service experience. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY TO RENT A CAR FROM HERTZ EVER! I DON’T WISH THIS IN ANYBODY TO PASS THROUGH THIS SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE ENCOUNTER! PLEASE RENT YOUR CARS WITH OTHER COMPANIES!
