Horrible service, outdated vehicles, but more importantly they don't care about you and your family members. No courtesy calls, they don't provide door to door service when the request is to provide door to door service. They made my aunt stood outside in the cold while they were verifying her door to door service. Eventually they left because without my aunt because she wanted to go bathroom after long way, and they could not wait for her!! The office dispatch is an arrogant animal who won't listen and hangs up.

I called the company a few times to alert them to the dangerous driver but they didn’t answer or hung up immediately upon answering. I would not put a loved one in one of their vehicles.

It's dangerous to rely on thus company to serve old and disable people. Shame on you Honest medical transportation.

I waited for over 45 min. before making a third call. Was once again told 30 min. No one ever showed-up. Disgraceful lies, I am in a wheelchair, and so after 2 hours of waiting, I 'wheeled' myself home. Horrible sidewalks made this a real hardship. Took 1 hour, still faster than waiting for these drivers.
