JTA C is really only meant for distribution in and around west Jax. The further east you require the service the less reliable.

So, my mom will not make her appointment tomorrow. MV Transportation - subcontractor of JTA, you're NOT providing the service your company agreed to. Down with the monopoly of public transportation in this city.
