Plan accordingly, should you consider this location.Unfortunately, after the rental concluded, I was met with less than stellar customer service. Per Kyte, I had received a speeding violation, resulting in my card being automatically billed for a violation amount, plus what's essentially a convenience fee (all well and good, especially if I did in fact receive a ticket). It became an issue when I asked for a copy of the ticket, as I was met with back and forth by their team, who continued to send a payment confirmation they had received from NYC, but without listing any pertinent info (vehicle info, time / date of violation, photo of the vehicle at the time of the violation, etc). I was assured that I would be sent a copy of the ticket, but nothing was (or has been) provided. It has been several months with no updates from their team.It feels a bit "off" to charge someone for a violation, but being unable to provide proof of said violation.All in all, you are better off working with another car rental company. I would not recommend Kyte.

No resolution offered except an uber credit and $15. This is a tech company run out of San Francisco that has nobody in the local market who is empowered to make any decisions. The delivery option is enticing but you would be MUCH better off going to any of the legacy rental companies and saving yourself the hassle of a car showing up 2.5 hours later and non existent customer service offered through a chat function on an app.
