Unfortunately, the customer service representative, Jomarie, was entirely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue, despite clear evidence that other customers had incurred these tolls.This is particularly galling because Kyte has previously billed me for unpaid tolls and traffic tickets weeks after I've returned a rental. When I finally got in touch with a real person I was told all vehicles starting today would be cancelled because they are suspending all cars in Jersey, NYC, and San Francisco. Obviously they knew this was going to happen, why wouldn't they cancel the car with days notice? Nowhere has any vehicles left and Kyte has completely ruined my weekend.
