However, after they take the money from your account, guess what? You don't get confirmation of the chosen date and they only make another date available, for at least a week later. And you are left without your money for 5 to 7 business days and without the car. Last year, I rented with them and had no problems. This year, the service is terrible. There is a lady who handles customer service who is very rude, impolite and even tries to be ironic when we ask questions.

A passenger mistakenly reported me for something I did not do — and Lyft took their side without even giving me a proper chance to explain. They accused me of something serious like “racing” or being prejudiced, which is completely false. I never even had a conversation with the rider, and I definitely did not engage in any kind of reckless behavior. It’s extremely disappointing and unfair. Lyft really needs to improve how they handle driver complaints and investigate situations properly before making judgments.

She was beyond unprofessional, and extremely rude!!!!! I will be seeking legal matters on behalf of my sister!!!! It's not okay to treat people with disrespect just because you don't understand the situation their inquiring about. SHE ALSO GRABBED MY SISTER PHONE OUT OF HER HAND!!!!
