Instead, we waited at the airport for two hours and then Ubered to the hotel just for the reception to provide such bad customer service and say they aren’t associated with them even though they have a desk for that company with posters and banners everywhere across the lobby. we asked them if their shuttle could take us back to the airport to pick up our enterprise car rental that was booked in desperation. they had a shuttle going to the airport but told us they’d charge us a fee to do that so we had to go back by uber. We called kayak to report this (as we booked through them) and their customer service would not pick up either. Would not recommend the hotel or car service or kayak. And then they charge fees out of this world and there is no alternative. Then, they charge absurd amounts for tolls (USD 30 per day) and do not allow to use own SunPass.Plus, they do not even refund if you are not willing to pay 5 times the initial amount.

We didn’t want to pay extra for toll so when it came to payment it had rejected the payment we did with another credit card ant if of course worked but we had to pay extra 100 for second driver, funny thing they didn’t even ask for the second driver drivers license. When we gave car back they charge for tolls every “violation 25 dollars but in peactice it costs few dollars for the roads, the best thing is then the card that first time was rejected worked this time. Scammers!!!! Do not go there ever
