Recently in the last 2-r months things have gone rapidly downhill. Most of the time the lots are almost empty and the constant re-shuffling of the personnel has left the Will Rogers location at a disappointing state. I have since moved to Avis next door and it was fantastic the way National used to be. For now I am staying with Avis.

National called me and literally drove over to the terminal to meet me to grab the keys. Phenomenal customer service and I would not have made my flight if I had to go back to the car rental drop off. I have rented from national car rental for some 25 years. Thank you

I travel to Oklahoma every 3 weeks, traveling between OKC and Tulsa. I arrived at National Car Rental, I picked my vehicle and drove to check out. I was told my reservation had been cancelled. I have the registration confirmed on my app. It actually states now my reservation is overdue. I was told I needed to back out of the check out stall and park the vehicle, I could go to the manager and discuss further. I went to the booth and was told, nothing they could do. My reservation was cancelled without communication. I called the 844-382-6875 at 1:01pm, and spoke to a representative who stated, there is nothing that can be done, that happens and there is no one she can escalate to help. I am literally stranded with a confirmed reservation and no communication that they opt'd to cancel without communication. I called 844-393-9989 at 1:14pm. I spoke with a gentleman, who listened to my story, commented that yes, he can see I am a loyal customer, apologized and stated he would connect with location, and have them return my call with a vehicle that is ready for me. Again, confirming my reservation. After hours of no returned call, I called again, 844-393-9989, at 4:45pm, again confirming, agent confirming previous message, and stating reached out to National Car Rental Oklahoma, and yes, the manager would be giving me a call with a vehicle. At this point, I am still awaiting a call back. If you cannot honor a reservation, the least you can do is communicate with the customer before they travel 970 miles. I am a female, who uses your business every week. I selected National based on a safe, easy, reliable reputation. That is not the service levels you have provided me. I am still awaiting a call from National. Under my upcoming reservations, it states, my rental is past due for pick-up. As I did not arrive. I am looking for resolution. Be respectful.

I’ve been a loyal National Car Rental Executive Elite member for over 10 years, and I’ve never dealt with anything like this.After picking up my first rental car, I noticed an issue before even leaving the lot. I brought it back to be exchanged, and from that point on, it felt like I was dealing with a gang rather than a professional car rental company. The employee who replaced my car, Kerea, was rude from the moment I re-entered the rental lot. Her dismissive and unprofessional attitude made the entire process frustrating. When I tried to exit the lot with the replacement car, the lady at the booth also interrogated me in a nasty tone about why I returned the first car, even though I explained it had a problem.Thinking I could resolve this, I approached the manager to share my concerns about how unprofessionally I was being treated. Instead of handling the situation with any level of professionalism, the manager escalated things further. She flat-out told me she “won’t give me a car anymore.” Then, unbelievably, they called security on me for simply voicing my concerns about their rude behavior. I wasn’t aggressive or confrontational—I just expected decent customer service, and instead, I was treated with complete disrespect.After this ordeal, I found out that my experience wasn’t unique. I noticed other customers have faced similar issues at this location, and I even saw another Google review where a customer had the same problem with Kerea. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident but a pattern of rude and unprofessional behavior at this facility.In the end, I was left stranded and had to take an Uber to my destination. This is not the kind of treatment you expect from a company you’ve trusted for over a decade.
