Needless to say, I wasn’t about to get finessed by a policy like that so we waited until after 1pm.To make matters worse, the location is clearly understaffed. There was only one person working — she was the receptionist, the person retrieving cars, and the one parking them again. As I sat waiting, she was tied up with a customer for over 30 minutes because of an insurance issue. When I asked if they had water, she first said no, then filled up her own bottle, and later told me management doesn’t allow her to give out the “good” water. The only option she could offer was tap water. Meanwhile, the vending machine on-site only stocked soda.Between the unreasonable fees and the lack of basic customer service, I don’t see myself renting from this company again. I suggest you don’t either.

When you get there, they will charge you on daily rental insurance even you have proof of both liability and comprehensive insurance. You typically pre-paid on the car rental. They will fleece you on the rental car insurance. I was charged $61 dollars for a daily rental. Their office is stink, bathroom smelly without paper towel or toilet paper. Just don't rent from them!

The front desk staff however are very short staffed 30min wait to be helped and the check in process is outdated and takes another 20min of signature, insurance confirmations emails, and $250 additional deposits, no debt card transactions allowed at desk so you better not be following Dave Ramsey with all your credit cars sliced up. Overall inconvenient experience but unlimited miles and newer cars was great

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE 100% WILL NEVER REQUEST A RENTAL FROM NOT ONLY THIS LOCATION BUT ANY NEXTCAR LOCATION.I booked with priceline and some of the burden of this experience is on them as i requested an investigation into this business.All the reviews you see with 0 or 1 stars are all true.I refused to be scammed out of 60$ for a "restocking fee" for arriving an hour later than requested for my car, the shuttle from the airport took an hour and 30 minutes to get to because it is that inconvenient to get to this location.I asked the shuttle driver, the information desk and a courrier if they knew about this place and all of them looked at me with pitty, that should have been my first second and third red flags. Then 60$ a day for insurance, then 16$ a day for toll.This was a joke. I travel a lot, and rent a car every single time. I have never in my life seen such an ridiculous company. I fear to see what their fleet looks like. Instead of quadruppling the cost of my rental I chose to uber to my hotel and grab a rental from avis locally to my stay. I ended paying less for the avis full size in total than half the the uncharge cost for this economy car from nextcar.

But they wanted a 1500 deposit when their terms and conditions state 250-500. I'm sure there's some fine print i missed but im cutting my losses and running. No telling what other hidden charges would greet me upon return! Also I feel bad for the employees who have to explain the extortion over and over. Must be soul-killing.
