It's been 5 weeks (as of 5/6/2025) since I returned the car. I've emailed and called them, but haven't received any help from the.I returned the car cleaned, inside and outside, no accident, not a scratch. First and last time renting from this place.

They will charge you extra once you get there for things that are unclear with a $350 deposit. They also would not take my American Express when they have it posted on their door. When we returned the car, we waited 10 minutes and when we went to ask the guy about it he was rude. After the lady checked our car out, she asked me to open up the Expedia app and clicked that I was happy with the service on my phone! This place needs to be shut down, they are the absolutely worse at every process. They get you in with cheap costs, PAY MORE FOR THE RENTAL, ITS NOT WORTH IT HERE!
