However, I had an 8:00 am appointment today and no one called to say that they were on their way and it was already after 7:00 am. Therefore, I called transportation to find out why?! Transportation staff called them and they claimed that they were on their way! Lied! Long story short. I ended up calling 5 different times and they told 5 different lies!1). They claimed they were stuck in traffic and on the way!? Lies!2). They could not see the HUGE address with the numbers written on the ALL sides of the building in BOLD NUMBERS !? Lies!3). They claimed that they, “looked for me for 15 minutes!?” Lies, 👀 looked for me where??? My phone works and they NEVER came or called me! I was at home waiting and they’ve been here before, DUH! Lies! 🙄4). Claimed to be stuck behind school buses!? Lies leave home early enough to arrive on time in enough time to get passengers to appointments on time!5). Then, claimed to be 6 minutes away AFTER my appointment time! Lies! 😑I called to advise the Physical Therapy office that I would not make my appointment because, transportation NEVER picked me up and to advise them to not write me in as a no show in my records! As, they charge for those appointments missed without notice!I then called transportation back to cancel any other transportation appointments that were set with this particular company and informed them to place me with another company!You cannot pick a person up AFTER the time of their appointment when the commute time is already 25 minutes away and expect that they will be seen! My main problem , just tell the truth and say that you overslept or whatever the truth is and advise patients so that they can try to make other arrangements! No need to just blatantly lie! 🙄In addition, they have one man who is about 100 driving he came the first time and was sitting there waiting on others to unload instead of just pulling over or beside when it was obvious the person didn’t know what they were doing trying to unload! I had to tell him just let me out of the vehicle before I’m late for my appointment! They need to hire competent people that know how and can communicate ! This company is ridiculous and the worst ever! 👎👎

Unfortunately there is no driver in the world that could make riding with this company worth it. The van was the most disgusting transportation vehicle I have EVER set foot in.🤢🤮 It smelled like animals and piss. The windows don’t roll down either. So never mind getting fresh air. You are just stuck breathing in that dirty air the entire ride.. Somebody needs to call the health department on these people. If you can’t afford to clean and upkeep your vehicles then you should not be allowed to run a business. For less than 50 bucks you can have a company power wash the seats and carpet in your van. If you cared about your company’s reputation or your customers at all you would not just stand by and allow people to ride in such filth. The smell in that van was awful. I can still smell it on my clothes and I feel like I need a second shower now. Yuck. I feel bad for that poor girl driving. I suggested she call the Sahel cab Companyand apply for a job there. At least she will have a clean van to drive and she will be able to take the van home each night instead of having to return it. She is Ubering to and from work each day just to sit in that disgusting van all day. I sincerely hope the owner of this business gets a clue. If you actually care about your company then take care of your vehicles. There is no reason your vehicles should smell as bad as they do. It’s unacceptable. Your customers shouldn’t have to leave your vans feeling disgusted. I would be embarrassed if I owned a business and my vehicles smelled like that. I don’t usually do google reviews… but I left this company’s van feeling so disgusting and dirty. To the point that I felt like I needed to get on here and warn others before they waste their hard earned money riding with this company. Your own two feet are better than this company. Trust me. I would rather walk 10 miles than to ride 1 mile in that van again. Hope the owner takes a hint one day. You have nothing but bad reviews. Don’t you think it’s time to change something? The ONLY good thing I can say about this company is that I really liked my driver. Although driving for this company makes her look bad. You’d have to smell the vehicles to understand. I can't believe this place is actually partnered with the airport, terrible service all around, better off hitchhiking.
